    Yara by lattafa is beautiful not offensive perfume in the US you cannot wear those very strong Arabian o u d perfumes to the office you will be sent home this perfume it's the only one I can wear from latafa that I could be around people and not be offending anyone or making anyone's allergies act up or people you know it's too strong it's very beautiful and I am 63 and young at heart and I enjoy this perfume immensely so we want to keep this perfume going and people buying it or can stay around for a long time so if you like Marc Jacobs daisy or Daisy so happy or any of the daisies which are very pleasant and to be around fragrance you would like this fragrance cuz it kind of reminds me of Daisy so perfect without the almond I'm just saying

      It’s insane how we’ve gotten to a place that I need to be mindful of the fragrance I wear to not offend anyone. Like really? That’s not my problem you don’t like it and it’s reason for people to lie about allergies because they don’t like perfume. I’m wearing what I want to unless I sign something saying it’s against policy and I probably would be planning my exit.

    Thank you for the video…….very informative and enjoyable as always 🤩
    I recently purchased Yara and it smells EXACTLY like a perfume I had several years ago…..it’s so familiar but can’t remember what perfume it was. It smells lovely but it will be one for cooler weather for me.
    I’ve tested musk mood and it’s definitely on my list…..beautiful fragrance!
    On a completely opposite note…..Ana Abiyed white…….by the notes it sounds like something I would like….but no……this is the most repulsive fragrance I have ever smelled….no exaggeration! I cannot smell any of those notes…..just strong nastinesses 🤮. I purchased this after I fell in love with the rouge version and watching positive reviews and was expecting to love it…..one spray on my arm and I got an instant headache……it would not scrub off my skin or wash off my jacket and the whole house stank for days! I gave it away to a friend who actually liked it. No offence if you like this but this was just my experience of it…..not a safe blind buy imo
    Have you tried yaqeen? ……looks interesting in a gorgeous bottle….I think it’s a lattafa

      Thank you for watching dear, glad to hear you enjoyed the video ❤️🌹So sorry to hear about your experience with Ana Abyiedh White, with the DNA of Erba Pura/ Kirke and all the inspired by fragrances in the same scent family I've noticed lately it's either a love or hote, some people love them and find them very smooth and easy to enjoy while others smell something very bothering in them. I haven't tried anything similar to Yara personally but omg it's such a beautiful and playful fragrance, it manages to put a smile on my face every time I smell it. Yes, I have an older video where I share my thoughts on Yaqeen, it's a delicate soft and very feminine powdery floral fragrance💫

      @AFragrantGlance  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Thank you for watching, I'm happy to hear you enjoyed it! ❤️ I haven't tried any layering combos with Maahir Black cause it's already very strong on its own but if I were to wear it, I would layer it with Majd al Sultan by Asdaaf (sweet smoky resinous scent with slight peppery nuances) or it could work with anything leather based (Craft Noir by Lattafa or Majd by Asdaaf), but smell it and think what would you like to add to it - would you like to amplify a certain note /cover a certain nuance that's too much/make it sweeter / make it brighter etc and look into your collection and just explore different layering combos with it 💫

      Thank you for watching dear🌹❤ There are more fragrances in the Ana Abiyedh line, there's Ana Abiyedh Leather ( that one just looks similar to the white one but smells different, I'm not sure what is a dupe for), there's Ana Abiyedh White (dupe of Erba Pura, this is the one I'm talking about in the video), there's Ana Abiyedh Rouge (dupe of BR 540) and Ana Abiyedh Poudree (this one is a dupe of a fragrance from Narciso Rodriguez). It doesn't remind me of any other fragrances, I think it could be a unique DNA. Thank you for watching ❤

    What other perfume will maahir black remind you of?

    • @AFragrantGlance
      @AFragrantGlance  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hard to say cause it's a pretty unique DNA (at least for me) it reminds me a bit of Khulasat al Oud by Al Haramain, also if you've smelled Imperial Oud by Al Haramain, it has something similar to that one as well (the strong resinous balsamic part) but Maahir Black has more nuances and it's a more easy to wear compared to Imperial Oud. Thank you for watching ❤️

      You'd be surprised how different a pineapple accord can smell in fragrances depending on what is mixed with - it can go from a juicy mouth watering tropical scent in fruity combos but it can also add a a refreshing bright yellow fruity feel in a lot of dark deep leathery/ woody scents, especially when payed with bitter citruses and woody accords. It's all about finding something that suits your taste. Thank you for watching ❤
