@@kellymorgan4304 I chose self publishing because it’s very accessible and you could put anything out “easily” especially if it’s a niche. (No gate keeping) you still have the rights to your own book but also the work load. So it’s a choice by the end of the day.
Publishing through KDP would be an option, you can look that up if you’re interested of learning more.
Most importantly is for you to just put your words down don’t stress about anything else and let your creativity lead.

Pile 1: Yes something has been cooking "up there" and the density of messages about sth. big coming true is getting more and more, especially after I got my long awaited surgery.
