For real, usually I don’t have extremely strong feelings towards non-violent criminals but these pieces of 💩 are absolute SCUM. Especially as someone who’s struggled very hard financially (because of my own sh!t though) it hits me EXTRA hard, because being broke and hopeless/helpless is THE WORST feeling, even when it’s ultimately your own fault. I can’t even BEGIN to IMAGINE how it must feel to be broke because you got scammed, with no way to get or even make that money back (what are they gonna do go back to work? Even if they did they’d be working til the day they died and wouldn’t have enough time to save much money back up), and going from having a decent amount or even a LOT of money to NOTHING/next to nothing in the blink of an eye.
