Dior Homme 2020 is one of my most worn and complimented, personaly i love it.

As a woody fragrance it's so smooth and that nice fresh opening. Instant compliments but also great to smell on yourself.
I think I like the technical aspect of Pegasus more than the actual fragrance. It’s rich and strong, yet somehow light/airy and transparent at the same time. I’m generally a fan of heliotrope centric fragrances. I have a 5ml sample of the exclusif, looking forward to trying that out.

I gotta say you broke my heart when you said Metallique was one of the worst. But I respect it. I will say that every time I wore it women have always given me a compliment.
broke my heart with dior homme 2020, but I think I get it, he is an og in this game. and was used to the iris note that was removed according to all the reviewers, I being in this fragrance world 2 Years now, I do not own the others except the intense, which I love, and the 2020, I think the 2020 without the iris is really good I like it alot, smells good and gets compliments. but I do respect his take, im old school and not too fond of sequels like the new Ghostbusters, lol.

Great video and outfit Omar. You made me stop it twice and sit in a corner crying for exactly one whole second, burning 2 of my favorite scents. 🙃 Thankfully everybody has the right to like whatever he/ she likes and this is your opinion on these scents.
Pour Monsieur is actualy one of my signature scents and I get a 6-8 hours from it. This is how a chypre should be made imho and indeed it might smell a tiny litle bit dated, but it's also all about how you wear it and with what confidence/ attitude. I wonder what your thoughts are on Cartier Pasha EdT?
Costa Azzurra EdP is my nr°1 TF scent. I personaly just fell in love with it the moment I got a free sample. Untill now, I haven't smelled another TF I'd considder buying. I actualy get compliments on Costa Azzurra, which is rare for me to get outside family and friends. The only other scents I get these kind of compliments on is Montale Greyland and believe it or not... Pour Monsieur.
The first big fragrance that I bought was Dolce & Gabbana Pour Homme Intenso. I liked it the first time I smelled it. The second fragrance I bought was Tom Ford Noir Extreme. I smelled it in the store and thought that it had a very unique smell. I imagined a black elegant flower. Basically, the opening smells like sweet grapes used for wine. The drydown smells creamy and soft, with vanilla and flower notes. The creaminess is probably because of the perfume note "kulfi".
I absolutely love Tom Ford's Metalique.. that metal vanilla smell is absolutely intoxicating .. please reconsider

TF,Costa Azzurro EDP is my favorite,I received a lot of compliments and during the summer when it's hot, it activates even more from the heat...now I want to try the Parfume🤩😇

Nice outfit Bro. I received exactly this same experience with Pegasus. A massive vanillin-heliotropin bomb to be honest. Of course, the blend is well crafted, I believe they used some coumarin sandalwood raw materials and as always that classic complex musk accord, so this is higher shelf perfumery. But, this extreme powdery sweet metallic and vanillic vibes just are not my cup of tea as well.

I've gotten plenty of compliments with costa Azzura. Everyone is different though. I did not like neroli portofino, reminds me of a house cleaner, my grandmother used lol
I agree almost 100% with your view on PdM's fragrances. I still need to smell 5 or 6 of the male focused ones though, tbh....
While I PERSONALLY like Oajan more than Carlisle I have absolutely recognized that Carlisle gets more compliments than Oajan, for me. Almost emptied both decants, and ordered another one of each lol - I want a full bottle of both (Also Habdan, and Sedley) but gonna have to get them one at a time, with the price tags... (: Gotta spend smart.
You should do a part 2. I would like your opinion on other designer fragrances like Calvin Klein, Versace (eros flame is the best?), Burberry, etc

Code Absolu Gold is the best for me. It’s more wearable imo.
I just got the last bottle of Code Absolu Gold at my local Instyle Fragrances shop and I have to say that it is legitimately one of my favorites already. Code Absolu is equally 🔥🔥 imo though. I saw multiple reviews describe it as the lovechild of Code Absolu and Jean Paul Gautier Le Male so now that's all I think of when I spray it. Which is cool with me because JPG Le Male Le Parfum and Le Beau are also right up there amongst my personal All-time favorites.
Pegasus pick is shocking I have a bunch of PDM and this is the second most complimented from both men and woman. A PDM street battle video including Pegasus would be fun to watch.

You should give Headie One’s Rose Oud EDP a try, it’s only £50 on Flannels. I smelt it a few months ago and it’s not bad at all for the price
I like Code Colonia because I have found so few aquatic scents that are not repulsive to me and because I like the tonka in the code line. What would you suggest is better?
Carlisle is my hands-down favorite of the PDM's I've tried. I also agree about Galloway and Pegasus. I did find Pegasus very metallic, but not so sweet. However, Godolphin is the one I would single out as unpleasant.

That's EXACTLY what I thought while watching this video. Pegasus is in my opinion one of the best from PDM and I really like the DNA. I agree that the opening is way better than the drydown, but I still like the drydown as well.
The one I was most disappointed was Layton (and Kalan, I think it's one of the worst scents I've ever smelled). I really don't understand the hype about Layton and why everybody loves it so much. There are too much spices and too much sweetness in my opinion, it just don't work pretty well

I can’t even begin to tell you how much I fell in love with you just now! I thought something was wrong with me, I had to give away my decant of Pegasus because I HATED it! And I blind bought Legend, my god that is a crap frag. They’re fuzzy or something. It’s like smelling static.

I can’t believe you said this about Pegasus😂😂..Anytime I wear Pegasus, I get lots and lots of compliments from women.. I think it’s the most loved perfume by women in the line of PDM..
So I agree that Legend EDT is not great. It is, however, marketed to a younger crowd. Percival is much nicer, but in its case those who can afford it might be a little more experienced and might not pick that particular DNA knowing that other PDMs are far nicer and better crafted and at a similar price point. So Legend with all it's simplicity actually makes sense for its intended consumer.
Prin lomross' worst fragrance from all his houses is PRIN - Ganja Kasturi. It smells like a toddler sprayed all their grannies old perfumes over all their old musty clothes. His best is Strangers Perfumeries - Magenta Pop. Concord Grape (anthrocyanin) with old school hippy incense, deep licorice, dry tobacco and leather. It can be a bit chokey but has multiple strong nostalgia notes for anyone in their mid 30s to mid 40s
Also I've not watched the video yet but if Mouboussin isn't mentioned, they need more hype.
Indivuduel dries down to smell like yellow custard on my skin. Which is a shame because I love wearing it up until that point
Dior MESSED UP BADLY with the Fahrenheit Perfum. The EDT version is a masterpiece just like Eau Sauvage but this Parfum version is incredibly harsh and poorly blended. Huge WTF moment when I smelled it.
Pegasus and Costa azure are the two that I had to run and wash off,, I agree

I agree with you about the Pegasus - but the reason is the opening with its super owerpowering cumin (what you call metallic). It just instantly reminds me of cooking with lots of cumin ... that's all I get. Unlike you I quite like the drydown where the almond creamy sweetness amps up and the cumin is just faint and bearable.
And Galloway - I like its opening (almost identical to Lalique White) but then it quickly changes into something musky and not very interesting ... so again, I would agree with you again :)
But I disagree with Chanel Pour Monsieur EDT - I love it even in current formulation for warm sunny Sundays :)

PDM is one of my favorite niche brands. So many gorgeous scents. Fully agree to your judgement re. Pegasus. It’s really annoying. Metallic and overly sweet.
Layton Exclusif is currently my #1 PDM. So addictive, I can't stop smelling it.

"Thomas Fordigan" - Noir Extreme, I got this as a present for Christmas, I absolutely love the scent, it's very unique, my GF absolutely loves it, however the atomizer on mine is so bad, the worst of any fragrance in my collection, and so I feel like it's not performing the way it should, maybe it's just my bottle

Individuel I don't believe had been discontinued... I still have about half a bottle left. I dunno..it's strange to me. Maybe I over spray it (5 sprays usually), but the opening is just super syrupy to me and it is tough to find a place for it in the rotation. I can't really place what occasions I'd want to wear it for, other than a random change-up from wearing my better stuff.
Pegasus is the most complimented for me and I have almost 50 niche bottles 😭 😭
pour monsieur was my signature, so of course i'm offended (lol) but you are correct, they discontinued the very best version (concentree) and now it's hardly worth recommending.

Dior 2020 shouldn't have been called homme but screechy? It's probably the most fresh smooth woody frag ive smelled. I wore it once to work and got a compliment as soon as I walked in the office.

Pegasus is an absolute nightmare for me. The opening is disgusting; imo cumin is a note that should only be in perfumery if it's combined with more spices because by itself it just smells like sweat. And then the almond, which is another note I despise. Thing is nauseating but I can see other ppl liking it.
Have YSL Bleu Electrique on the way from eBay! It'll be my 3rd blind buy after success with Dior Homme Parfum and Carved Oud

omg I have never smelled Pegasus, but the rumor has armaf has a dupe of it called craze, I bought over a year ago during my start into fragrances trying to buy armaf's and like some of their other stuff, craze is weird, terrible.
smells exactly the same, i have both. I love the perfume but hate it at the same time for the given reason.
I hade to sell PDM Pegasus, one morning i got practically sick of the smell. Maybe the weather was little bit to warm/hot but still…

I disagree about TF Metallique being one of the worst and with MB Individuel as the best from Montblanc. I ordered Individuel after so much hype and got it yesterday. Tried it out for 2 days now and it really has nothing impressive about it. No one from my workplace noticed it and also my wife finds it just an okay fragrance

I had a sample of costa azura and liked it the first time spraying and hated it the other times.
I am the Biggest Chanel Fan Boy, I have most of Chanel Colonges ,, Allure Homme Edition Blanche has NO PERFORMANCE or Projection .
Dior Homme 2020 works for me very well. I do not have nostalgic missing feeling about how much it is different from the ancestors however I do think they should have gone for a different name for sure. This whole we recreate and rename our line every now and then to confuse our beloved audience is just so so so weird BUT:. It is for me one of the absolute best men juice ever.
It didn't work at all on my skin but I smelled it on others and it can be great.

Fahrenheit is too annoying for most of the people, i Understand that for a while is nice but for a long time makes a sirious headache.
In my opinion the worst tom Ford is metallique, I do own tom Ford costa azzurra parfum which is miles better imo and it's the perfect fragrance for the beach and again is my opinion
