they’re all professional dancers and have attended LDH/EXPG and some of them have been danced/trained since they were kids. another thing, they also have individual styles and specialize in different kinds of dance. If you can watch their tokyo batte kokoro for example is good at b-boying and locking. Tsurugi kinda looks like he likes jazz funk, and house. Ren is also insane, his tutting is incredible... Another thing to note!! three of the members are 6ft and dancing like that while being tall is really wow! it doesn’t look awkward? one thing for sure is that they’re all incredible dancers and can follow a choreo and interpret a dance in their own style..
15:44 more than that, I feel like they express this dance differently as each member has their own dance style. I recommend Temperature by Psychic Fever, the different dance styles show even more but they still look cool and harmonious. I think that the way each member dances definitely matches the music they do!
About the sync thing, in dance there are multiple ways to approach a choreography, not always you have to pursue synchrony, you could do the steps or moves in your own style, and this is what it is in this group, they all are almost profesional dancers just for the fact that they're from LDH, they have brother groups that have more of synchronized style of dance, it depends of the concept and styles. Maybe it's because people are super used to k-pop , that in theyr mind only exist synchronized dance that are accepted, and just for you know, that it's only a part on how you could show a choreo, and not how it should be done!!! Dance is art! And it's always expressed in different ways! If they want to approach synchrony, they would do it in a minute! Hdjdj 🔥
11:32 The center one is Ryushin. He is from the famous professional dance group led by RIEHATA, who is a great dancer that did lots of KPOP & JPOP choreography. The "Mic Drop" by BTS is one of her works. Others have been trained since they're little kids in EXPG. (The entertainment school teaching dance and singing was built by LDH--Their agency company.) LDH is built by really hip-hop dancer and also a famous "man" group -- EXILE in Japan. The way they build artists is very different from K-pop. They treat trainees more like humans not commodities, that's why I love JPOP more than KPOP.
I don't know if it might play in the synch, but ldh artists tend to have different dance backgrounds ranging from old school hip hop to swaging and krumping so it might play in the way they execute dance moves
JP The Wavy was the rapper featured in the intro of the MV - the person you thought was the member of the group called Jimmy, born in Japan and he's half Nigerian and half Japanese
Absolutely. I've written for, produced and choreographed for a lot of successful bands from a very young age here in London and also some Jpop and Kpop... It's very hard to be different. My brief is often to make one band sound like another or to give songs written for one group to a rival group instead. That is why new bands often sound so similar. "Temperature " is a brilliant track. It's almost a trap beat with the singing, dancing and choreo all slightly off time. Very difficult to pull off. 🤓🇬🇧
Just listened to this Jpop Group. I really like them. They are an excellent dancers 🕺🏻✨💫🕺🏻🏆. I love their sound. Thanks for sharing this reaction. 🎧🎼🎶🙌🏽
