I love watching you all working together. Everyone jokes and has a good time but the work still gets done. We miss Ryan, Rick and Steve. Glad to have Sean back. Crack On ❤️🙏⛪
Sean and Duncan are a team. OMG! Sean was so polite in telling Billy that his work was not up to it. No more vacation for Sean. So exciting to see the kitchen coming along. Can’t wait for the work to start in the Chapel.
OMG I laughed so hard at Sean's reaction to the framing and the upside down electric box. Duncan & Sean doing the PushMePullYou from a ladder and a scaffold had me on pins. Power On!
So nice to Sean back! Congratulations, Billy, on continuing to make such great progress in the kitchen! Also, another job well done by Duncan on the electrics! 🙂
I had to smile as Sean and Duncan were tugging the cable through, my imagination had a field day as the images of Sean tugging and Duncan getting pulled through came to mind. I wish I could draw cartoons lol.
I always love seeing Sean with you Billy, and Dunkin is a hoot! He really knows his electricity, but in addition he has a good sense of humor. I love watching Sean’s channel so I didn’t miss him, but life isn’t good without the two of you together. xx
Sean was too funny about your stud work 😂😂😂 It looked great to me but I'm not a professional. Also I laughed way too hard about the breaker box being in upside down! 😂😂😂
Billy at the risk of sounding bossy😘please move those flagstones off the grass, you'll be left with yellow dead grass that'll take time to recover... great to have Sean back isn't he just so reassuring, sensible and downright lovely. You're such a good team!
Very fortunate that you have Duncan to do the electrical work. You don’t have to hunt for an electrician and you don’t have language difficulties. Sean indispensable as usual.
Your renovation has inspired me to slowly fix up my art studio. It's located in an old home from 1912. It has also made me realize how time consuming, difficult and yet rewarding it actually is to renovate an abandoned space.
I'm thinking a fiberglass 14 foot step ladder would be a nice addition to the tool kit at the convent. Emergency lighting and fire alarm additions is a good idea.
Good to see you back again with Sean and Duncan, Billy! Sure looking forward to watching you all crack on with your fantastic plans for the kitchen!!!!
Sean is the jewel of the convent renovations! So funny when he delicately informed Billy of his slightly imperfect work.😅 Having such a great team makes everything come together effectively and having Duncan’s expert electrical skills on the job is a real blessing too. 👏🥰
Drilling through that rock wall must have been a pain, but it looks so much better now. The kitchen is coming along nicely. Thanks for sharing your day. 😀
Good to se Sean back and now the electric in the kitchen as well. You have made some great progress. With the thickness of the wall, I can see where the previous owners thought through the window frame was the best choice. However this looks so much better. Thanks for sharing and y'all have a Blessed day.
Truly it is gratifying to watch Duncan's talent, as well as Billy and Sean! What a superbe Team you are and I can see all the fun you have working together! Such joy to watch you Guys!
Billy, you have discovered the way to keep your team there with you..... LOL You get a gold star for effort. Glad to see Sean is back; pity Rick had to leave again. You guys are so much fun to watch. Keep at it and Crack On....
You did your best Billy on the stud work ... still Sean was there to do what he had to do like correct ... all I can say is you did your best 😘 Mmh I would start looking for a plasterer on the quick as I know they hard to get . Nice works done by all. Loved watching. Crack On😘
The room already looks so different with the cement floor. Scaffolding and electricity are going to make work easier. New walls soon, then it'll be done! Time us flying by!! Can't wait for more!! Thank you, see you next time!!!
Hi Billy. I know Stephanie had worked with a great plasterer named Iain. Unfortunately, he passed away, but he may have been working with other talented plasterers. You could reach out to her and see if she had used anyone else or if Iain had worked with other plasterers. It would be a start at least to find someone good.
Hello Sean, Duncan and Billy!! How good to see that the working friendship works well - especially when a few minor mistakes are found. What progress now that the electrics are installed into the main fues box - which made me laugh to see that the unit has been fitted - up-side-down - ha-ha!! Anyhow, best wishes to you all from Lincolnshire.
Innuendo is a major part of any wiring industry. I've worked Telecom for. 33 years wiring everything low voltage and fiber optic. Part of New tech training for us was to get the trainee to use the word penatrate, or some version of it, as many times as possible while explaining to the customer what all we would be doing for their installation. You had to say it with a straight face and never letting the customer on to the joke. For years, I held the record at 14 times until one trainee I had blew it out of the water with 21 times!!! It was classic. It's the little things that keep the jobs fun. 😉👍
Good to see Sean and Duncan back helping. This project is running very smoothly along, startung to really see the enormous size of the room now. Take care 💕🇦🇺
The kitchen is looking grand and really starting to take shape...you mates remind me of my dad and his besties goofing off on the job, always the jokester it made the task way more enjoyable, though a few tongue in cheek moments, you guys are hilarious...!
Missed you last week Billy but good that you had time out with Gwen and the boys …..! Meanwhile caught up with Sean on his channel ‘Sean’s World’…….such a busy guy but glad to see you all back together …..! Missing Rick though ….hope he’s ok and will soon be back soon …! Great to see everything coming together …..!x
All you guys are my breath of fresh air... working so hard and knowing so much of how to bring life back to a beautiful history ...high standards and quality is so satisfying especially when I think I'm not making a difference or become impatient...I watch you guys and remind myself. Crack on 😘
Awesome Work 👌... Food for thought..you should think about buying a lovely cast iron ornate out door table and chairs ( or some such as in keeping with age and design of building)for the court yard on middle grass area for when the weather improves?? Would be a lovely spot to enjoy smoko and lunch?? Plasterers are an elusive trade! We are Reno ING our home in Brisbane Australia and Plasterers are sooo busy they are difficult to get to your site or their prices are super high 😵💫.. good luck with all you are doing..super impressed 👏👏👏
Oh goodness Billy cant wait for that kitchen to be finished. Beautiful work dear. Where is your beautiful wife Gwendolyn and your two adorable boys? Hope they are all well, take care and we will wait for tomorrow’s video. Blessings!
Great teamwork! I felt so bad for you, Billy, that your hard work was "revised." It was definitely not wasted work!! You got so much done while you were on your own. Welcome back, Sean! & Duncan is an amazing electrician. Such progress!!
I laughed at what Sean's reaction was ! " Billy cannot be left alone !" 😂
Either Shaun doesn't get any more vacation time OR he takes Billy with him if he does go on vaca. LOL. Just teasing Billy. Don't mean any harm.
I wish I could find a well run work team like these gentlemen.
Fantastic! ✌️🙏😊👏🏻
OMG I laughed so hard at Sean's reaction to the framing and the upside down electric box. Duncan & Sean doing the PushMePullYou from a ladder and a scaffold had me on pins. Power On!
These things happen!
Sean is such a gem, with so much knowledge.
Good to see Sean back , great team today
So nice to Sean back! Congratulations, Billy, on continuing to make such great progress in the kitchen! Also, another job well done by Duncan on the electrics! 🙂
Yay‼️‼️‼️‼️💕💕💕💕you’re keeping the cupboards ‼️‼️‼️
I had to smile as Sean and Duncan were tugging the cable through, my imagination had a field day as the images of Sean tugging and Duncan getting pulled through came to mind. I wish I could draw cartoons lol.
That would be funny! I can picture scenes being segweyed into animations like that - lol!
I know nothing about construction but I love the comradery and laughter!!!
Sean & Duncan, what a hoot 😂with the cable! So exciting to see the kitchen coming alive!
I’ve got to say it. Sean’s worth his weight in gold. The place is coming together now and looking good.
I love watching Sean do rhythmic, methodical, framing work.
Billy at the risk of sounding bossy😘please move those flagstones off the grass, you'll be left with yellow dead grass that'll take time to recover... great to have Sean back isn't he just so reassuring, sensible and downright lovely. You're such a good team!
World class top notch team Billy!!!! What a blessing!!!!
Beautiful work, I feel I haven't missed Sean at all as I've been following his most recent vids. He's building a fine channel.
😂😂😂 A Monday filled with laughter starts the work week off to a good start! 😂😂😂
Another peaceful day, everyone is sooooo nice, I love it, :)
Very fortunate that you have Duncan to do the electrical work. You don’t have to hunt for an electrician and you don’t have language difficulties. Sean indispensable as usual.
You are doing an awesome job on the convent kitchen reno Billy. Sean and Duncan are two of the best. Crack on!🙏❤️
Hi Guy's - Hope you enjoyed your weekend and your break ! Good to see you. Now the Kitchen project begins !
Crackin'on with so much progress!! Greetings from North Carolina 😊👍! This is my favorite channel on TH-cam!
Ditto from San Francisco Bay Area, USA!
Ditto from Stockholm Sweden!
Yep, from Loveland, Colorado!
Also from Dallas, TX 😊
Love you guys, from Bullhead City, Arizona
Your renovation has inspired me to slowly fix up my art studio. It's located in an old home from 1912. It has also made me realize how time consuming, difficult and yet rewarding it actually is to renovate an abandoned space.
Especially without the Dream Team!
This has become my favorite you tube channel! Love Seans as well!
When this project is complete depends upon how much work Billy does unsupervised!
nice to see shaun back , the kitchen is coming along nicely 👏🏼
I'm thinking a fiberglass 14 foot step ladder would be a nice addition to the tool kit at the convent. Emergency lighting and fire alarm additions is a good idea.
Good to see you back again with Sean and Duncan, Billy! Sure looking forward to watching you all crack on with your fantastic plans for the kitchen!!!!
Love watching the progress on the kitchen! So many exciting things about to happen and bring the dream kitchen alive💕
Welcome back Sean, yay for power in the kitchen. I can't wait to see this come together
I'd recommend two rather than just one dishwasher. You may also want a separate freezer. Cheers.
Sean is a treasure. Sean if you reading this, hello to you good man!
Sean to the rescue and Duncan doing the electric. Great team. Push and pull had me cracking up.
Billy, I really admire your humble and kind approach. Very admirable.
The kitchen is coming along so well and so quickly! Nice to see the gang back together. Hi to Rick by the way.
Sean is the jewel of the convent renovations! So funny when he delicately informed Billy of his slightly imperfect work.😅 Having such a great team makes everything come together effectively and having Duncan’s expert electrical skills on the job is a real blessing too. 👏🥰
I saw a video of an abandoned “castle” in Belgium yesterday. The kitchen reminded me so much of yours, especially the fireplace.
It’s so nice to see people having fun while they work 👍
Great to see Shawn again! I'm glad you're not alone anymore, Billy. Fantastic to have electricity!!
Drilling through that rock wall must have been a pain, but it looks so much better now.
The kitchen is coming along nicely.
Thanks for sharing your day. 😀
Love the intro music Billy .. sets the mood for a good uplifting video 👍🥰
I'm sure you did those errors on purpose to make Sean feel he's needed. LOL Which he is needed for sure. Such a great team of gentlemen.
It’s amazing how the kitchen is progressing!
Good afternoon ❤
Good to se Sean back and now the electric in the kitchen as well. You have made some great progress. With the thickness of the wall, I can see where the previous owners thought through the window frame was the best choice. However this looks so much better. Thanks for sharing and y'all have a Blessed day.
I see Duncan and Sean make the world go round! So great to have a knowledgeable pair !
Billy! You’ll need to reseal between the moisture barrier and that hole so moisture doesn’t get in and between the barrier and the wall.
We are all glad to see Sean back but esp Billy 😂😂 look forward to see what you all achieve this week.
You did your best Billy on the stud work ... still Sean was there to do what he had to do like correct ... all I can say is you did your best 😘 Mmh I would start looking for a plasterer on the quick as I know they hard to get . Nice works done by all. Loved watching. Crack On😘
Hard week without the Billy fix. Glad you all got some rest. It was well deserved.
Yay! Back to the kitchen 😊
Good to see you Sean! Ah the kitchen is on the go. Wonderful to see.
The room already looks so different with the cement floor. Scaffolding and electricity are going to make work easier. New walls soon, then it'll be done! Time us flying by!! Can't wait for more!! Thank you, see you next time!!!

loving the progress with the kitchen, can't wait to see the end result, going to look amazing. Nice to have Sean back.
it’s great getting to see how proper renovations are done!
I hope u enjoyed ur holiday. I think u should put the time capsule somewhere in the courtyard or in the back of the garden with a plaque.
How exciting to have the electrics connected. Blessings.
Really funny Billy, Sean's response to your stud work and Duncan telling Sean to plug in - the guinea pig. The banter goes on: so funny.
Great to see Sean back, and Duncan.
Billy, it's always good to have a "stud" do stud work .. Thanks Sean !!!
Keep Doing What Your Doing .. Because What You Are Doing Is Cracking On !!!

Good work Duncan; you’ve electrified the project.

She lives over 5 hours away.
Sean is back! Yay!
Good ole’ Duncan comes through again! You have such a good team around you Billy. 😊
