Cindy and Ryan, great reaction to this particularly moving song by Lucy and Martha. There is no way these two lovely young ladies can replicate the powerful male voice of Andrea Bocelli, but they don’t need to do so as this is the most beautiful rendition that I have ever heard. What a lovely song sung to perfection. Martha is an excellent singer. She sings difficult harmonies perfectly and makes it look easy. Martha is now 15 and her singing grows better with each time she is heard. Lucy is now unrivaled as a singer. She is the best singer that I have ever heard, bar none. Lucy and Martha have the most beautiful duets that I have ever heard. They are often complex and they always perform the song to perfection. They convey emotions so well and effectively often bringing tears. They are extraordinary! Thank you both again. I really enjoyed the interview and hope to see you both soon. By the way, there are a Christmas duets of ‘O Holy Night’ and ‘Mary Did You Know’. Lucy sings a lovely rendition of ‘Have Yourself A Merry Little Christmas’ - flawless as you would expect. Happy Thanksgiving next week.
Thanks, Trent. I have no doubt that we will be blown away by her Christmas songs. If she drops something new, you should come over and watch it first with us.
You don't need to do it better than Dion and Bocelli you do your version and make it it's own beautiful thing. Trying to one up someone else is pointless just do your own best.
Loved your reaction to this rendition - for me, it is the most beautiful duet I have heard in my lifetime! It gives me the chills every time I listen - and I listen to it several times each month! Simply heart warming and uplifting! 😊
At Lucy’s debut concert in Manchester she sang “1000 years” as a tribute to Martha with photos and video clips of them growing up together on a giant screen above the stage then Martha walked on and they sang “ Wonderful World” and “ The prayer” to rapturous applause. I had the immense privilege of sitting next to their mum Louise whilst they did!
You know what's got to be your next reaction before the Christmas songs, its GOT to be "I dreamed a dream". Cindy talks of expression well you'd better get the tissues ready for this very sad song from "Les Mis". Lucy's rendition of this well covered song is mesmerising and powerful.
These two wonderful vocalists can do no wrong imo they are right up there with the greatest singers of this generation and martha at this age it's remarkable a couple to checkout mary did you know, o holy night great reaction ryan and Cindy 👏👌
Always great to hear the girls especially with this rendition on the build up to Christmas!,stunning duet as always,Lucy especially has one of the most beautiful voices iv'e ever heard, so many people still don't know about her but the day will come when they most certainly will!😊
The Lord sends the new angels to watch Lucy and Martha sing harmonies so they can learn how. For Christmas, there is O Holy Night, but my favorite duet of them all is "Mary Did You Know?" Those two sound like angels we have heard on high!
Thank you for this analysis. For me, Lucy and Martha are the most beautiful duo I've ever listened to, and this interpretation of The Prayer is phenomenal, much better than the original. I just love it.
Hi Cindy and Ryan, I always love your Lucy (and Martha) reactions. "Mary Did You Know," with Lucy and Martha, and "Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas," with Lucy, are an absolute must. Please add them to your list🎄✨️🎄
Hello Cindy & Ryan, " The Prayer " an amazing cover by Lucy & Martha Thomas. These sister's are so amazing together, check out " O Holy Night " by these two it will blow your mind. Take care, Barbara.
There are two songs you must react to by Lucy. "Memory" and "Beautiful Ghosts" both from the Broadway Musical Cats. As someone who has been to see the show back in thew day, let me say that her rendition of both of these songs is nothing short of perfection. Thanks for the reactions!!
Yes and these two songs are grossly overlooked. Lucy's rendition of "Memory" is not only note perfect but her low "F" is extraordinary for such a young teenager and the "super belt" towards the end was just unbelievable. How does she do it?
Another great reaction. Christmas songs would include Mary Did You Know and O Holy Night, both duets and Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas a Lucy solo. Keep on enjoying these wonderful young ladies. ❤
You are far from the first to tear up only 17 and 12 .You hear the classical vocal training, bedrock support for taking any musical path. Their last one Xmas 2023 was "Mary Did You Know" Lucy does one each year so another expected this year don't know what though..
2 British teen sisters just slaying this epic song in 2 languages, (actually I think Martha was still 12). The definition of Beautiful!! World Class! Thanks for posting!!
When I first heard this cover, I commented on Lucy’s TH-cam page that “I’ve died and gone to heaven, because there can’t be two such angelic voices on earth!” There is no more beautiful version. Andrea Bocelli and Celine Dion just phone it in like another day at the office.
The 3 Xmas duets by Lucy & Martha you should definitely react to are :- "Pie Jesu" "Mary Did You Know?" and "Oh Holy Night." How about you both reacting to all 3 in a Xmas special, I guarantee you'll be blown away by these incredibly angelic performances.
@@johncollins392Firstly "Pie Jesus" has not been removed. Secondly to say it's not up to standard is complete and utter nonsense. In future please check your facts before posting a comment.
Great reaction Ryan and Cindy! Lucy and Martha are masters at evoking chills and trembles from me, with their angelic harmony! Christmas is coming and if you think this duet was great, you absolutely need to play and react to: “O HOLY NIGHT”; - Ages 17 and 12 th-cam.com/video/Bbu6AII10Pk/w-d-xo.html and "MARY DID YOU KNOW" - Ages 19 and 14 th-cam.com/video/YNp4BP-QcLY/w-d-xo.html Both performances have absolutely stunning harmonization! Enjoy! Hopelessly Addicted in Arizona
Thank you for a great reaction to Lucy and Martha. My suggestions for Christmas songs are O' Holy Night, Mary Did You Know (both duets) and Have Yourself A Merry Little Christmas ❤
If you want to see some of the most impressive singing please watch Lucy Thomas sing Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas, anything by lucy is great, I enjoyed At Last either live or studio they are both excellent I liked the studio version, but both are good.
Thanks for supporting these angels. Love your reaction. To hell with the makeup. (feel free to cry..) There is a lot of 'next' where that came from; don't hesitate to react to them. Martha was 12 here (being 5 years and 8 months younger than Lucy) I think the 2 are better than A Bocelli and C Dion in this song.
Hi again, Cindy and Ryan. There's one more song by Lucy that you might want to put on your list. It's a Eva Cassidy's version of "Over The Rainbow." It's crazy good, don't know why it isn't played more. Thank you guys, see you on your next reaction. 👍😉
I have never seen a copyright block on a Lucy Thomas video. Have you ever not paused one of her videos in your reaction? I know for a fact that Lucy encourages reactions on her music. Other than that great reaction!👍❤️
You should do Morissette & Dave Archuleta do Die with a smile live in Manila, she also does this song with Darren Esponto on asap, it's a song by Lady Gaga & Bruno Mars
Lucy Thomas and Martha Thomas, were amazing with this rendition of The Prayer. Their parents must be so proud.
Duet Advance Inteligence ! So Sweet !! GOD bless !!!
Thank you 😊

Would be delighted to do so.

I totally agree!
@@michaelhingley4770 Totally agree with you 👍
Lucy and Martha beautify everthing they perform. This rendition of the Prayer is one of, if not the best ever recorded!!!
Agreed 👍
When the Thomas girls interpret and sing a song, I'm sure I can hear the composers say - Yes, that's it.

I am waiting and really hoping to see that footage posted I really want to see what they do with The Prayer now after 3 years vocal development
.
That sounds awesome
@@5pmevans yes, it was so fantastic. Just thinking about it makes a huge impression on me.
A christmas song from last year mary did you know. An awesome duet between the thomas sisters best I've every heard
Thanks Mark 😊
This is the greatest rendition of any duet ever. Period. Nothing can compare to this by anyone out there.
High praise David 👏 🙌
