As far as I know, Crystal Reroll has already been applied to the global server. Dice are for victims who get Ld NAT5 dupe before the patch. so anyway, if you have dice, you can reroll. and there is no Reroll which summoned in altar blessing
With 10s bomb to explode ? It's not even S tier It's korean server , before the bomb explodes your character will be dead in a moment especially in master arena 😂
