Know Your WHY-Multiply Your Effort

We all work in different fields and have to some goals set for ourselves. To achieving these goals one must have clarity of WHY and do all possible( multiply the efforts) but never compromise on setting high goals. I share with you the advise of Grant 910X rule) and Simon ( Start with Why) and the two advocate the importance of setting high goal with clarity. Grant say ordinary goals will yield ordinary results. So set hard and high goals which may seem to unachievable and increase the efforts to achieve the same. This applies not in the field of your profession but also in family life. For example, you can set a goal to be physically fit in the best possible way and try as much as you must to achieve the same. You can use it every field you want to achieve the best.
