KOF 98 was a Dreeam Match, so none of its events are canonical. They appeared in SVC Chaos as part of Blood Riot Iori's ending. They probably took a back seat as they really didn't have anything to add in the stories during the Orochi, NESTS and Ash Crimson Sagas. Or they're not as popular as the other teams. So who knows?

Start charging once you press forward B and press up P a few frames after the first hit of the forward B. Timing is tight but once you get it done, you'll start to understand the timing. It's the same as Takuma in KoF XIII.

The devs won't be complacent with how the game is presented and played as is. And I will not repeat the same message. Don't play stubborn. Capiche?
The only thing i regreat in KOF14 , is the OST ... most of them are so horrible , Persona tried to stay on the original thing which i respect , but that song is killing the ambiance , hopefully this guy is a genius at combos .
