  • How to make Sindhi Tosha ? / Sindhi Tosha banane ki vidhi
    Sindhi Tosha is bite sized version of badusha / balushahi. To make tosha , knead all purpose flour with ghee , soda , milk and shaped them into oblong cylinder. Deep fried until golden brown and finally are soaked into sugar syrup to form crystal sugar coating. Tosha are crispy from outside and are moist and flaky from inside.
    Indeed, great things do come in small packages. Even the kids will love it. This festive season treat your kids and loved ones with this homemade Sweet and enjoy all the sweet compliments.

    Hello mam I tried ur recipe but mine toshas came out soggy and bland frm inside sugar syrup dint reach inside pls suggest what went wrong

      Hello !
      Thanks for trying the recipe... hopefully u kneaded the tosha with sweetened milk ( cold milk ) ... secondly this recipe yeilds 24 tosha , size also matters and the tosaha had to be fried on medium low flame with continuous stirring for uniform color .. and lastly sugar syrup should be warm and it should not change colour ..
