Merun iba nasa phase 2. 2018 pa until now on time ung payment. Pero walang nakikitang improvement. Siguro 10yrs in the making ito. Hindi na sumusunod ang seller sa contract.
Sabi tapos na ang unit ko. Tapos na din conference call with representatives both Pag-ibig and bria last March 22, 2024. Pero nung nagpunta ako mismo sa Pag-ibig to verify kung na submit na loan application ko to them, sabi sakin wala pa daw sinasubmit si bria. Nung tinanong ko kung hanggang kelan pa waiting time, sagot sakin at tanging si bria lang daw makakasagot. At inadvice ako na i-demand ko daw kay bria ang kelan.
So the same day after sa Pag-ibig diretso ako sa bria sa star mall, sadly yung Aaron na siya daw naglalakad ng mga papers to Pag-ibig tinawagan lang ako sa phone having nandun ako sa office nila. In short, ayaw humarap sakin. Tawagan na lang daw ako pag meron na akong isasign.
Sobrang bagal ng process nila. Not sure kung anong reason nila bakit pinaghihintay nila tayo ng matagal. I actually gave them a month to give me an update. Kapag wala pa din, i-complain ko na sila sa dhsud
Pede ba tayo gumawa ng group chat mga ka-bria? Para mapag usapan natin ano next steps to make demands for our rights. I never had delay in my monthly pay. Sa initial contract na pinasigned 18 months ang completion ng unit then turn over na. Mag pa- 5 years na ako since I made my reservation fee in March 2017
