Hyundai Motor has revealed the new i10 - which arrives with an upgraded and refreshed design. Customers have the option to purchase the sporty i10 N Line variant, which is inspired by Hyundai’s high-performance N models.
The company has also added advanced connectivity features, comfort elements, and technologies that are usually only seen in higher segments. This progressive move makes the model even more competitive in its class.
Inside, the model is outfitted with blue mood lamps in the front seats. A new colour package, the Purple Package, brings a sense of playfulness to the car’s sporty exterior design.
It offers tartan fabric seats with vertical purple lines, as well as purple touches in the stitching and air vents. Grey touchpoints with a purple sheen, as seen in the crash pad and lower central console, add extra style.
Seamless connectivity features not only make the new i10 more technologically advanced, but they also make the in-car experience more convenient. New technologies in the model include a standard 4.2-inch LCD cluster, USB type-C in the front and rear, second-generation eCall based on the 4G network, and Over The Air (OTA) map updates. However, the model remains consistent with the 8‑inch display screen, Audio Video Navigation (AVN), wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, wireless charger, and the latest update to Bluelink® telematics.
The model also comes standard with more Hyundai Smart Sense safety features. Forward Collision-Avoidance Assist (FCA) for ‘City’, ‘Interurban’, and ‘Pedestrian’ has also been expanded to include ‘Cyclist’. FCA helps detect and avoid potential accidents with obstacles ahead. Lane Following Assist (LFA) uses steering control to help the car stay in the current lane of travel. Rear Occupant Alert (ROA) reminds the driver with a message in the cluster if the rear door had been opened during the journey - to prevent anyone or anything in the rear seat from being left behind.
The new i10 remains a practical choice for European drivers. Progressive in the A-segment, the model is outfitted with power folding mirrors. And like its predecessor, it offers a boot capacity of 252 litres with the seats up and 1,050 litres with the seats folded, a two-stage luggage board, one-handed rear seat folding, and a rear-view camera.

Best small car in the U.K. in my opinion. I have owned a Series 1, a Series 2 and now on a Series 3 i10, so well equipped for the price and low running costs. In fact I like them so much I have just ordered a ‘24 model year Series 3 for delivery later this year.

They performed very poorly in the NCAP crashtest which is why I'm not sure I wanna get one ....
@@zoomingjapan well, if you look, most small cars do not perform well in NCAP due to their size, although in its favour the i10 is well loaded with safety aids as standard.
@@michaelkeen5010 That's true, but the hyundai i10 in the newest version comes with too many safety assistant features. They're annoying like the speed limit alarm noise cannot be turned off permanently and a lot of owners have complained about it and it also keeps me from wanting to buy the i10. :/
@@zoomingjapan yes, it can be annoying, but if you keep above the last detected speed the chiming stops after a short while.
Took delivery of a new i10 N for my wife after a 6 month delivery wait in November and it’s a cracking little car. Only complaints after her having a 125 bhp Fiesta titanium x are lack of front parking sensors and rear daytime running lights. I reckon it’s a whole lot better than the fiesta to ride in, feels better screwed together but could do with another 20bhp or so. I’ve spent a lifetime in the motor industry and think I’m a pretty good judge of cars and the i10 N represents very good value for a small car in my opinion
Buyers beware - I bought a new i10 in October 2023 but am having issues with the speed limit warning. The camera technology used in the i10 does not seem to recognise the national speed limit sign when joining a dual carriage way (or Motorway) from an A road (30mph limit). The speed limit warning sounds repeatedly as you accelerate to the national speed limit which is extremely distracting. I also have issues driving in town. Our local supermarket carpark has a 10mph sign at its entrance but no sign at its exit. Consequently the car thinks the speed limit is 10mph after leaving the carpark. I have to drive 2.5 miles with the speed limit warning sounding whenever I exceed 10mph (in a 30mph zone) until I reach the 40mph sign outside the town. This is extremely distracting and could cause an accident. The warning sound cannot be easily switched off. You can temporarily switch it off by going through multiple screens in the settings menu but it automatically switches back on when you restart the engine. I can honestly say I hate driving the new i10 with its flawed technology.

Hi. What’s the ground clearance?
The only problem i have with my 2024 i10 is the speed limiter system, which you cannot turn off permanently. It will detect only signs and if you turn from a 50 kmh street onto the highway, it will keep beeping even tho you are driving the legal limit, only because it did not see a 100 kmh sing. This sucks a lot
I seriously not impressed with Indian facelift i10 coz of peculiar drl and the fog light chamber is missing 🌹🌹but the moment when I saw 👀 European facelift i10 got impressed very much 🌹🌹

how bad is the automated transmission? Is it tolerable? I wish hyundai was offering this with a 1 liter turbo angine and dct transmission.
this is not the 2024. It is the 2023 facelift. The 2024 is a little different and I am buying it now. It is more beautiful with a light bar in the back as well.

4 seats ,but two in back not for adults.Also I believe auto gearbox is CVT or automated manual,so better to fit it with torque converter box.Rear is a bit ugly ,lights need facelift,get rid of halogen.

Forget torque converter they will soon be banned if they aren't already with the latest Euro 6 soon to be Euro 7 emissions registrations. What this car needs is a DCT or E-cvt + 3kwh battery and regenerative braking. I guess that would be a €1,500 and €3,000 optional extra that nobody would pay for on such a cheap small car. Toyota didn't even bother with their Aygo-X (crossover).
No, I'm 5 feet 10 and behind the driver seat fixed for me, a guy measuring 6 feet 1 was O.K., not touching the roof, neither my chair with his knees.

I believe it’s not an issue in Europe, where the car was reviewed. It’s a left hand drive so I guess the reviewer is not aware of the uk issue with software.
What's the automatic gear box like, all the reviews say it's not very good
