Well it's the best example of how snatch game is supposed to be done, once you have the essence of the character turn it up to a 100% (I mean drag is supposed to be over the top but Blair didn't get that lol)
I didn't realized how good it was until I saw this video, she actually did deserve to win
that voice similarity is uncanny
I had to look up who flavour flave is. I don’t think it was a good performance because it wasn’t drag. It was just dress-ups. Cis, straight male, masculine presenting character. No makeup. No wig. Not drag.

as for my opinion thought she was funny af but as far impersonation goes she wasn’t like tatianna playing Britney for example, Alyssa used Crawford from mommie dearest specifically, tati used britneys attitude voice and cliches about her and made funny answers and joke about the questions asked, Alyssa directly quoted from the movie without real creativity and spontaneity, the only one I could remember was when Rupaul specifically asked « at the where? » cus he knew what she would answer. Don’t need to get upset over reality tv, fairness and facts.

I think what's holding Juju back from winning, is the fact that 2 other queens had done Eartha Kit (and well, didn't do a very good job at it). So Juju lost the element of surprise. Otherwise, it should be at least a double win.

It sucks that Ru’s boomer ass didn’t get the reference and killed Valentina’s groove, but you also shouldn’t play someone on snatch game if your only material is a voice acting role with quotes that have such fixed context that they don’t work out of context. 😞

I met Eartha Kitt after a show she did in Toronto when I was younger. She was as awkward and strange as Valentina portrayed her...like, it was literally hard to be in her presence becuase of how awkward she was when she was off-stage. Maybe she just had no clue about how to be relateable or any social skills, but it was really strange. I introduced myself and she shook my hand, I remember she just looked off in the distance and said "french fries" - like totally out of context and then started playing with her earring. One of the weirdest moments of my life.
