If u check the ohms between two(Starting and running) wires of wash motor,you will get some ohms reading,then its ok. If no ohms then its faulty motor.then check the ohms between running and common, starting and common. Both side value should be same.because its wash motor.if the value different, then also the wash motor is faulty

He said,if u want to check the spin motor directly, just connect the running and starting wire of the spin motor with 6 mfd capacitors two terminals.then connect main neutral to common point of motor,main phase with running point of the motor
