The 3 skills can be used without any specific order for me. I use 1st skill to quickly reach the target, 2nd to clear minions amd add damage to the target, and ultimate for finishing heroes. However it can be , 1, 2, 3. 3, 1, and 2, and whatever you like as long as you know and aware of the cooldown.

I personally use a different combo my combo is 1st skill then 3rd skill, 3rd skill again then basic attack from 1st skill then 2nd skill
My combo is 1st skill +3+2+3+basic attack

That’s why it’s important for teammates not to die early and feed gold/exp to enemies. Noobs act like the short revive time makes the death meaningless but pros use that time to get significantly ahead.
