Great video. I know for a fact that 90% (or more) of us Tow foilers will never be out in MONSTER waves. BUT , anyone who has spent any time on the ocean or towing knows bad stuff can happen FAST, even in head high waves. I think most people are a bit cavalier about towing. We may not need ALL the gear you mentioned but there is a short list of "must haves" and common sense safety items. I wish those inflatable "bumpers" were so ridiculously priced. QUESTION: THE TOW ROPE GOING THRU THE PLASTIC SEAT HANDLE? I'VE SEEN THAT. WHY NOT JUST RUN IT STRAIGHT OUT THE BACK? AND WON'T IT BREAK THE PLASTIC? THANKS

it help keep the rope from hitting the rider when they are on the sled. Plastic wont break.
