How does the paint on the shirt not mess up the underside of the screen and smudge the pain on the shirt???!?!
If notice on the right when the shirts are rotated the shirt is under a heat dryer. It will dry the ink enough so it won't come off so easily

i use only plastisol ink , print only on fabrics and never dries up without heatpressing it

i have a 4 colour 2 station and it was the worst investment i ever made as it is extremely poor quality and was not worth $500 i paid for it
End result are you bad - Why are you not curing ink between colours?????? YOU HAVE TO FLASH DRY INKS BEFORE PLACING EXTRA COLOURS.
there is a flash dryer in the video if you didnt notice....as he turned to the next shirt, the one he just inked gets cured on the right
Plus the video is sped up faster than real time...so he was "flashing" the shirt a little longer than what the video was showing.
Also you don't always need to flash. I run a 5 color 1 flash automatic. The flash is on station 2. Stations 3, 4, and 5 print wet on wet.
James Gardiner it depends on the color, if it's white or a metallic you have to flash dry if not you can print on top of colors.
