I was also filling the form and made the payment through paytm and it got failed. next time i again made the payment through Debit card and payment was succesful. so its better to avoid making payment through Paytm and use other option like Debit card.

Yeah there is problem when we try to pay through Internet banking or paytm.. now you have to pay again through card and make a application to icai.
