    So for Everyone whos struggling get the Lighting in the Right direction of your Sun, or Light. Just go in the Material Instance Set Light Direction to True, then open up the R G B A and set the Direction from there Manually, there you can set Direction for example R = -1.5 to get to the other side. Cheers, and amazing tutorial

    Great tutorial! One more thing i just added to your material set. is static switch parameter before between clamp and opacity map. In case i dont want to use opacity it makes it really helpful! Thank you.

    Thanks a lot for the tutorial. There is an issue for the light direction thing however, it only seems to do half of every axis at most because rgb values are clamped between 1 and 0. Is there any possibility to make it go to negative -1 ? Thanks in advance.

    • @YouAreUnimportant
      @YouAreUnimportant 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      values will be between 0.0 and 1.0 so if you multiply by 2 and substract 1 you will get values between 1.0 and -1.0 for example. however i dont know whether this will feel natural with the color panel.

    Not sure if you will respond (Fingers crossed), but I followed the tutorial and it worked amazing, however, with the light direction I just cannot seem to figure out how to get it to face the way I want it too. I have tried messing around with every direction on the wheel and I just can't get it. Am I missing something? Thanks!

      You have to use "Sphere" as the static mesh. Other spheres will mess it up and cause the square issue.
