- Resolving School Fees Payment Issues on McU Portal (if any)
NOTE:
1. Please confirm you have a receipt of payment from Remita before proceeding with the following steps.
2. If there is no Remita receipt, please sort out the payment with the bank
Without the Note 1, the following steps won't work, so check the registered email on the portal for the receipt.
Step 1:
For Freshers:
Log on to mcu.edu.ng/adm...
Click on Admission Registration
Log in with your details
For Returning Students
Log on to mcu.edu.ng
Click on Eportal
Click on Student
Click on Returning Student School Fees Payment
Log in with your details
Step 2: Click on Retry/Requery unsuccessful payment
Step 3: Click on the refresh ♻️ blue icon under the Action Column to refresh the payment.
The payment status will change accordingly.
