Hey guys 👋 We're headed to Kanab area Sept 30 - Oct 5. We will hit Coral Pink at least once. We have an airbnb in Orderville and plan on driving out from there to anywhere we'll be riding. Any tips for the area? Did you ride any of the trails around the area?
Hey guys. The only trail we’ve really done from that area is the peekaboo canyon run, and then the Barracks Trail.. that goes from Mt Carmel back toward the sand dunes. We’d recommend both. Don’t know much about trails right in Orderville
What headsets are you guys using? I see couple of you have JBL’s and another has the Cardo headset. How the the Cardo headset hook into the JBL headphones?
The JBL headphones are rigged up with a Cardo Bold, just like the actual Cardo headset is. The JBL were just prototypes from Cardo. We used them for initial feedback. The headset Cardo provides is a little better - and still has JBL audio

In high gear it goes like 90, which is pretty cool with low gear being as low as it is. I’m very tempted to tune it, but afraid it will make the clutching less smooth for crawling I tried a Pro XP with a Bikeman kit and was very impressed with the performance, so may consider them It’s hard to say if it’s faster or not being that I don’t have all the aftermarket weight on it, and most of my experience in the turbo S, at least my last 2 units, were both geared down, so my judgement may be clouded. That said - it feels faster

700 miles on my Turbo R 4 Ultimate, very very happy with it. Polaris knocked it out of the park on this one. Cannot leave it alone.

It was about to tip over, I felt it, so quickly turned out of it to get it to drop back down
Better paddle tires in the rear would get you right up that soft sand. Turbo R is amazing!
Yep, we’ve got some paddles for it now. No one made 5 lug wheels back then, so didn’t have paddles yet. Love the turbo r

Why Turbo R and not a Pro R naturally aspirated machine?
The extra length of the Pro R was a deterrent for me (we do a lot of technical rock crawling)

I duned my 2 seat KRX at Glamis on stock carnivores aired down to 8psi following an X3 . I have a video of it on the channel. It does amazing.
I wouldn’t call it “Amazing”, but it’s fun regardless!
