- The sequel to the very first Metal Slug weapons compilation video ( • All Weapons & Power-Up... ). This video is a compilation of all the Big weapons and power-ups (basically weapons used in Fat Mode) introduced in the Metal Slug videogame series.
Usable Weapons in Fat Mode (including Big Super ones):

I just love how the rockets of the *Rawkhet Lawnchair* is just so large and heavy, it's having a hard time finding a straight trajectory and just wiggling thru it's flight path 🤣
Imagine traveling to a whole another alien planet with technology far more advanced, in a flying spaceship, just to get one-shot by a big rock
Lol....Is more embarassing than have a súper advance alien tech and being nailed with a Windows98 virus or a song by slim whitman

Laser gun looks the most brutal. Just turns into a big ray of death. And shotgun needs no words: was OP already, now even more OP.

They also can get destroyed don't they? Or those where the ones from the vehicle in ms3?
@@yosoydave8521 Yeah some will become a 'dud' and trip over suddenly. But they still explode and cause damage if enemies are close enough. Honestly its funny seeing how the Big/Fat weapons worked. Let alone the weapon used while Fat is just a comically large boomstick pistol.
I just love how some of the weapons become really unique and funny
Like iron lizard being slower while also having the chance to fall in their trajectory, or Rocket Launcher becoming a drunk version of Enemy chaser
“Drunk version of enemy chaser” has to be the most accurate description of fat rocket launcher
It's even funnier when the Iron Lizard stops mid-run to take some breath and then continue running.
Than weapon was a lot of fun
Also noticed like the Iron Lizard projectiles has a little chance to be a dud, like tripping and falling over breaking itself showing the explosive goo.
Fun fact : The prototype of fat feature was planned to be increasing your firepower but with cost of reducing player movement speed, reduce player jump height, remove player ability to change direction after jump, and make player fall faster. Those disadvantage was removed on final release.

Way too many disadvantages. This feature is a bonus for player who eat alot items, so it shouldn't punish player
It's more funny for the fat player to have the same speed and agility as a normal player.

One thing that i love when you get "whoa big" in mission 4 (MS2/MSX) is when you are invincible and then the rebel biker crashes on you delightfully XD (also when he crashes on the car as well lol) that's hilarious :3

The sound: The sound effect when hit human enemies and the fact that is instakill for the UFOs always make me laugh a lot

Love it! Totally love it! About all big fat weapons and power ups in Metal Slug History. They need exercise very while to some strength.

The rocket launcher in fat mode seems to be more destructive. I somewhat forgot how to play this game. Used to waste 100 bucks for this game on arcade. Can basically play it all day and never get tired.
It also functioned similar to Enemy Chaser i
I think it makes it worse cuz you obly cant shot 2 and cant shot more while they are in the screen ,they are slow so its more cooldown than the normal one

If Nickocado is in this game, then Heavy Machine Gun and Rocket Launcher is big, have a kart slug in default, but can't move too far without the kart slug

Por lo que veo hay algunas ventajas agregadas a las armas cuando son BIG, por lo general todas aumentan casi el doble su daño:
1- Heavy Machinegun: su hitbox abarca mas y tiene mas cadencia de fuego
2- Rocket Launcher: Ahora tiene la funcion de perseguir enemigos como la Enemy Chaser]
3- Drop Shot: Mas grandes y su area de explosion aumenta
4- Enemy Chaser: aumenta su area de explosion,su tamaño y su velocidad
5- Iron Lizard: Solo cambia la animacion y el modelo de los proyectiles de un carrito dirigido a una bolita con patas, ojo a veces las bolitas se tropiezan y se desactivan convirtiendolo en una desventaja mas que una ventaja del modo gordo
6- Laser Gun: Solo cambia la animacion, hace le doble de daño al igual que todas las armas en el modo gordo, aunque en el metal slug 2 o 3 no recuerdo tiene otro modelo donde el rayo es igual al original solo que mas grueso haciendo que tenga mas hitbox
7- Flame Shot: ahora avanza mas lejos, es mas grande su area de daño (hitbox) por la bola de fuego y ahora toma una curva hacia arriba cuando avanza lejos
8- Super Grenade: Ningun cambio, es igual, solo obtiene el doble de daño como todas las armas en el modo gordo
9- Shotgun: el arma mas rota del juego, su area de daño se hace mas grande y alcanza mas distancia, por unos frames se puede notar que hasta se hacen 2 disparos en 1, el daño doble que le da el modo gordo hace que destruyas a los boses en pocos segundos
10- Two Machineguns: La segunda arma rota, cada ametralladora tiene la misma potencia que una Heavy machinegun en modo gordo, osea que el daño se aumenta x4, y eso contando que tienes el doble de cadencia en cada mano la hacen muy op
11: Firebomb: es el coctel molotov en modo big, parece que su modelo es una bolsa de pan blanco xD aunque en realidad es una jarra grande o un galon de vidrio de gasolina, al tirarla abarca mucha area las llamas y hace daño pro segundo, muy efectiva contra jefes
12: Stone: no etoy seguro pero parece que solo cambia el modelo aunque parece igual
El laser grande que te refieres es el laser aumentado y nacio en el x. En el 2 no existen las armas aumentadas y el gordo solo aparece en la etapa 4
la super( o grande) escopeta facilmente mata todos los boses sin gastar mas de 10 disparos, asi de rota es

Well It Not Only does that, but also sometimes changes the functionality of certain weapons.
So the big mode with big guns versions
It reminds me to "a saiyan that reached the super saiyan god and turn into a super saiyan"
