We always keep things real on our channel, so all of our reviews about resorts, food or tours we do is 100% our honest opinion. We would never recommend something that we didn’t truly believe in or enjoy! We hope you appreciate our honesty 😊 That being said we definitely made the best of our day and had an absolute blast with our friends! The resort, pool and beach were beautiful, so if you check out this resort just keep in mind that the food may not be what you’d expect and have a plan. The highlight of curaçao was all of us locking in our love at the Punda Love Hearts! ❤
Greetings! I missed you guys! Greet video, as usual with awesome drone footage! I truly appreciate your candor about your dining experiences. The resort may have been having an off day or week but that information is good to know. During the first two weeks of December I did a back to back cruise on the Enchantment out of Baltimore. The itineraries were pretty much the same but it is not so much about the destinations as it was about the cruise experience! I thought about you guys frequently as I found myself walking up and down the stairs more than I thought I would. I stayed in two different balcony state rooms during the cruises. The first one on Deck 8 (8080) had some minor but bothersome issues. Mainly, the commode did not flush reliably. I had to push the button a certain way and sometimes it would flush. I told my Housekeeping guy and maintenance took a look at it but said since it was an intermittent problem, there was nothing they could do. Not the response I wanted to hear, but oh well. Things worked out and I didn't stress over it. The second part of my adventure I was moved to balcony state room 7116 which was fully functional. By the way, I initially booked interior rooms but was able to successfully bid for an upgrade to both rooms at a very reasonable price. I also took advantage of the Black Friday sale Royal had for the Drink Package and the "Key" program. I appreciated having the drink package and would most likely purchase that again. The Key program was on sale and included internet and a couple of other perks. While it was nice to have internet and the other perks, if that package is not on sale it would not be worth it to me. I cowboy up and do without internet. If I absolutely need it, I can purchase a 24 hour package as I go. Met some wonderful servers and staff on the Enchantment of the Seas! Shout out to my dear friends Hay, Paul, Allen (The Fireball) Nina, Chanene and the many other friendly staff that made my experience awesome and help me to understand why I should be Loyal to Royal! I apologize for making this comment all about my Enchantment experience, but prior to booking this cruise, I viewed your review of the Enchantment and your Royal experiences! I feel like I have you guys to thank for preparing me for my adventure! In about 90 days I will be cruising the eastern Caribbean again but it will be on the Carnival Legend also out of Baltimore. I will be looking at the RCL cruises like the one you guys are reviewing now. What port did you depart from? Florida? Love you guys! Hope to talk to you soon! Safe travels! I love all the shout outs too the staff on these ships work so hard and deserve to be recognized! No apologies necessary I love hearing about your trip and I’m glad we helped you prepare! On this cruise we left from Miami and had 2 sea days down to get to the ABC islands, overall we had a great time 🍻😎🌴 Our next one is on the Carnival Celebration leaving this Saturday!! We haven’t been on Carnival before and are looking to try all the different venues, we HAD to go with the drink package on this one 🍻😎 How exciting only 90 days from now!! Hey! Thank you so much ♥️ For any kind of tour I'd usually recommend checking a 3rd party website such as Viator, It's usually cheaper for the same experience. There are situations where it would be beneficial to book with the ship but generally that's the way to go. In terms of doing things by yourself, it's a bit of a mixed answer. It's usually pretty easy to cab somewhere on your own and there are some destinations like San Juan or Curacao where it's easy to just get off and walk around, but if your doing an excursion/experience we'd probably get that through a 3rd party website or the cruise line.
