Well detailed, pls ma wat if I don't want to put flowers.....how do I cover the edges at the shoulder after joining the cloth .note that I have already join the cloth with lining

Then your will sew it from inside and turn it outside. The way to achieve facing to the neck Line. The right side of the ruffle facing the wrong side of the cloth inside. Then you sew it and turn it outside. Thanks
