While the builds in this Advent Calendar may not be anything we've never gotten before, I think that the LEGO Harry Potter advent calendars are usually the best LEGO advent calendars in terms of new prints. Each one of the 7 minifigures in this advent calendar has at least one new print. Compare that to this year's Marvel advent calendar, which only has two new printed parts (one for Miles Morales' torso and one for the Spider-Ham snowman). This LEGO Harry Potter advent calendar definitely does not disappoint in terms of minifigures, especially with that amazing choir ghost minifigure, and a really detailed Dumbledore minifigure.
I love the new ghost! I like that all the houses are represented but I wish Ron and Hermione were included so they could have the new Winter torso also. I would rather have them than those odd statues.
@@lindamuncy6308 yes that ghost is so good! I agree, I like when they represent all the houses (characters, tables, etc) but would love the golden trio (Ron and Hermione) included! I am curious where we may see these toros again as nothing for the rumored/ leaked 2025 sets seems like the obvious choice…
Haha yeah compatible is a stretch! But some cool minifigs in there, especially professor Flitwick and the choir ghost!

@@sanja069 A Great selling point for this set. LEGO does a great job with the HP Advent Calendars - so many great figures and cool prints!
I’m going to be honest. I like this advent calendar but……. It’s not my favorite. It seems too similar to the 2019 one for my liking.
While I think this one is better, I do agree, it’s basically the same - early years in the Great Hall around Christmas!
