I have followed you for awhile now, soon after getting into the world of junk journaling you were recommended to me by someone. I absolutely was moved by what I can only imagine your memories are of your Nana. My Grandma was my hero and her home was & still is my favorite place ever. I lost her in 1999 & luckily wrote alot immediately after wards, so I wouldn't forget the little things. I now think I will devote a mini journal dedicated to her & my Grandpa. So my kids... who remember her a little can read it whenever. Also in my playlist you are one of about 6 to 8 I put videos in my playlists titled " Inspirational You Tubers" so thanks for sharing you art as well as your memories with us!!
Love this. You are so talented. I used to love going to my grandma’s. They had a farm and we loved collecting the eggs, feeding the pigs and cows and “trying” to milk the cows. I can still remember the smells of the feed, hay and milk. It was a wonderful experience.
Your journal page is delightful Johanna, all the elements you have choosen go together so beautifully. You must really be enjoying putting it together . THank you for sharing these precious memories and beautiful pages. : )
This reminded me of my own childhood. I didnt go collecting eggs with my grandma, but she taught me the basics of embroidery, sewing, and she also taught me to love plants.
Another very beautiful journal entry to behold and an inspiring process to watch over and over again. How wonderful that your boys have experienced the love of a great grandparent. I adore the stitched flower! Mum and I did a lot of embroidery on clothes and blankets for my babies and I'll always remember the young son of one of my friends calling it 'colouring in with cotton' :) Heartwarming to see the gifted treasures used so creatively, thankyou for sharing
I used to do cross stitching and have thought of putting some of them in a junk journal. I hadn't really thought about actually embroidering right on to the the page. What a great idea. Very creative and inspiring as always. Thanks for sharing
i really want to get into junk journaling again, but i kinda dont want to, because i do not own any of these adorable vintage papers..anyways i'll try it again because i really miss it!
What a lovely card & envelope. I love that you are beginning to embroider on your pages. I wondered if that would work but yours looks beautiful. I love the color you used for the flower.
This was fun to see, Johanna ...the chickens and egg collecting sort of reminded me of my long long ago childhood : )). Love seeing your babies with their Nana!! : ) Super cute and pretty pages!!! Hugs, Renee
Everything about this is beautiful, I love the egg washi. I am also 1 of 6 and there is only 1 boy in my family too, he is the youngest. I love all of your videos. ❤
I have watched all.of the episodes and even though I loved all of them this one is my favorite as I prefer a simpler style of journaling for myself depite loving to watch you journal and express yourself that way. This page is just beautiful!
such a treat to see another process video! I just made a mini book for my eclipse trip using the zodiac paper pad. You inspired me to take it out and use it!
Can't wait to watch this. I actually freaked out when I watched your last video and you mentioned me. I fell IN LOVE with that paper pad in zodiac style.❤
New subscriber here! I've just found your channel and where have you been all my life?! I'm currently working on a junk journal myself and I'm so happy to have found such an inspirational channel! : ) x
Hi johanna this is nandini and im a great fan of your videos. I am in love with the creativity of your journals and am currently working on a junk journal myself! Unfortunately, i dont have as much equipment and washis as u do but i am collecting them as i go. I would really appreciate if u gave some quick creativity tips on how to compose junk in the journal. As much as your videos are extremely helpful visually, i would like some quick and easy tips. Also, can u make a video that shows how to make the beaded charms that u put at the top of your journals xxx🤗💖
