sir i have droopy and bulbous nose with a dorsal hump...but im only concerned about my bulbous and droopy nose ..i dont want to remove dorsal hump ...is it possible to have only tipplasty with alar pladty with dorsal hump removal?

You can get a nose job done and fix your deviated septum at the same time you just need to pay the nose job out of your pocket because the insurance will most likely not pay for it because it’s not really necessary
