    The option you have given is a good thing But you do not focus on it because like it happened with me yesterday I had a ride approx 7:30 pm on 20% battery I sent a request and I wait 12 to 15 min but there was no solution and that was instant ride After that I got a call from the customer and I told him my problem mam there is no battery in the car I have sent a request to the company you will be assigned another one soon Finally the customer himself cancelled the ride but company not I know there is a lot of cars and many drivers raising request but you have to response quickly just focus on its and make it easy thanks Mr Anirudh
