U miss a thing called “E mark” ~ E mark items are car parts pertaining to safety that must be tested by approval bodies(eg TUV). Of course, this E mark is compulsory for all continental cars. Don’t believe look at your windscreen for all continental car - 100% is there. Also, the last test is similar to torsional fatigue test for rims.

其实forge 也不是真的那一种，有不同的process 出来的产品质量也会有些不同，为什么有些forge rim 又轻又耐 有的又重又没那么耐
一开始都会拿特定的alloy rod 或billet，但是最贵的就是forging 的模，只要你有进模压两下名面上已经是forge 了
较便宜的forge rim 都是简化forge 的程序，料只forge要到 接近的offset concave convex 之类的spec 然后就cnc割出rim的facing
相反的
比较高端的 forge rim 是尽量 forge 到每一支spoke 都出来，过后只需要简单的清除毛边 cnc 时间比较少
forge 讲究的是金属纹路，高端低端forge相比之下 低端forge纹路 因为cnc 割出design 都是比较多断纹，几乎同样的design 却会比较重 不交没那么耐 也就比较便宜
也回发现到很多类似的牌子都会选择用flow forming 这个词 而不是forged ，像raxxer 超越jwl 标准20~30%为目标 或 rays enkei 超越jwl 规定 200~% 成为 自己品牌的标准，产品更轻更耐，更贵
所以有的forge 一整套 15" rm2k+ 有的 rm8k+
