- I was 17-18 when I composed this set of piano pieces in my 3 first composition courses, it started with professor Ahmad Mustapha (may he rest in peace and completed with my forever teacher my godfather and mentor professor Abdallah El Masri.
The whole idea behind it was just because I listened to Tchaikovsky's "The Seasons", I decided to have a similar set of pieces to describe each Star sign.
It wasn't an easy task to find a professional pianist to play it for me, it was scheduled to be performed and premiered in my city in Kuwait, but Covid19 hit the entire world as we know it, it was delayed twice then canceled, I talked to another fantastic pianist, then I was ignored, it was played by two other pianists but I didn't like it, until Mr. Alexander Sinchuk agreed to play it for me.

Wow this is just as thrilling and virtuosic as listening to Beethoven, Liszt or Chopin. I am grateful for TH-cam so we can share our passion for his music. Bravo this pianist is mesmerizing.
Mr. Alexander Sinchuk is a star already, I was shocked when a famous musician in his stardom agreed to play for me.
I was inspired mostly by Bortkiewicz, Czerny, Liszt and Rachmaninoff.

Absolutely stunning. Lexi has such a deft touch and the drive forward and back is a penultimate tribute to the flow of the arrangement...it's not only a formidable display of the arrangement, but also that of an artiste' who reads and delivers it right...outstanding! I'm unreserved in holding out our six hands in harmony with the all and the mutual time of our existence...thank you brothers! I appear at 8 minuten in...the bull in the china shop as it were...but Cancer is my moon and Gemini, my sun...and I'm listening to it again as I poorly attempt to write this! I'm falling tp Pisces!, but I remain whole in the listening and the understanding of what I know is the beautiful always in the making and our interpretations thereof...you guys made my day!
