Are you serious? Salvador's first album is almost entirely in English, he also has a lot of songs in Spanish and I think even Italian. It wasn't an automatic translation, is just that I am in fact brazilian 😅 I've heard "fixe" before so I guess it was just my own accent/"dialect" influencing my listening ability. É a palavra "coisa" como em "passa-me essa garrafa"/passa-me essa coisa". Ele provavelmente referia-se ao fato do seu corpo estar alterado por causa das operações.
