Uganda's Air Cargo Clearance

Uganda is planning to roll out an online pre-clearance of air cargo system to reduce shipment delays. Uganda's Revenue Authority says the new clearance system will begin in three months and is bound improve efficiency and boost revenue collection. CCTV'S Isabel Nakirya reports
