i think that Hooxi has grown into incredible leader for this squad. Brutally honest, adresses problems on the spot, at the same time really supportive and always taking the L for the whole team from outer backlash. I try to really hope that their psychologist somewhat helps him in mental department, because it seems to be a crucial one with this roster. When everyone is confident and happy (that especially implies Niko and Hunter, they seem to be the most tilting judging by their body language, plus they suffer from inconsistency in cs2), they play their A-game. But to get them in that state and make sure they stay there regardless of mistakes/poor performace is the most signifficant task. And, man, i pray that Chengdu will be the place that it all comes together.
