I have reposted this video.
I have had a think and I think it is very important to talk about Mental Health, in this video I experience a Mental Health episode caused by my PTSD from my Iraq tours, unfortunately it stops me from staying out in these beautiful woods overnight.
I do however cook some delicious cheese burgers on my Trangia 27 Cook set.
I struggled with my Mental Health and PTSD for 9 years before seeking help, the classic "Man Up" attitude finally gave in when I reached the lowest point in my life. Swallowed by the black hole I new I had to seek help.
18 months of therapy and treatment later I was finally brought back to the light.
Please do not do what I did, if you are struggling with your Mental Health seek help now, its not too late, you are not alone.

Yes, mental health and depression can be tough. My dad passed away in December and since then I've lost my mojo for camping. I use any little excuse not to get out but I'm hoping that will change soon. Glad to see you are on the mend atb Taff 🤠👊

Yes mate, I found it quite upsetting rewatching a tough time I had so I took it down, after some thought and consideration I have reposted it to promote the importance of talking about mental health 👍 apologies for the confusion 🤙🏻

Very helpful tips on the tarp shelter and also on the Trangia. No reason to feel one bit bad about having to leave. Just call it a dress rehearsal and try again another day. You seemed to have a good day up to that point. PTSD and anxiety are no joke. There’s no reasoning with them. It is what it is. Live to fight another day!
