Main calcutta se hu. Per lgta hi nhi ye alag country ke chacha hai. Lgta hai ye jaise humare hi road side pe sell ho reh hai. Ek chiz maine dekhi hain. Ye log ekbar bhi taste nhi krte hain phir bhi inka khana lajawab hotey hain. Hum ghar pe 10 baar namak mirch chakhtey hai, phir bhi kam jyada ho jata hai.
Is chacha ko bht bht thanks iss recipe ko share karne k liye. Normally karahi ka recipe milta hai. Ye first time green karahi dekh rhi hu. 😍

It was yummy..
The aroma was totally different
But I would request u, to marinate chicken first with salt, and ginger garlic paste for 30 mts...
