Ford Ka 1.3L Supercharger - construction and operation of the compressor.

In this video I deal with the Eaton M62 compressor.
From the outside, the compressor did not look good, but I was hoping that when I opened the casing, the inside would be in good condition.
My hunches turned out to be correct because after dismantling the compressor, the rotors were practically undamaged.
Apart from minor scratches, the rotors did not have Teflon chips, which made me very happy.
The body inside didn't look too bad either.
After thoroughly cleaning all the elements, I started to put it back together again.
Needle bearings got new grease.
The housing was sealed by the use of silicone.
After screwing the housing, there was nothing left but to pour the drive mechanism with new oil.
I chose full synthetic 0W-40 oil for this and there was nothing left but to test it on the table and see if it works.
