Hello, my name is Deeanna and I make health and lifestyle videos with a particular interest in mental health. I myself have struggled with mental health difficulties and I really want to be able to help others to feel less alone.

What diagnosis do you have?
Currently, I have Complex PTSD and Borderline Personality Disorder as a secondary diagnosis. I am also on the waiting list to be assessed for ASD conditions, such as autism and ADHD.
What made you want to start TH-cam:
I've wanted to be on TH-cam for a while but when the pandemic hit and I had more time on my hands this allowed me to try TH-cam and see how it goes.
