At the *very* least, if they can't be held liable for their actions, we, the citizens, should be informed about what all those actions were. There is no threat of prosecution, just the loss of the next election. Of course the current ruling prevents that information being used in trial, but I think Executive Privilege shouldn't cover all those actions since the SC feels they have protected and empowered the office enough to prevent "fear" from being a factor.

As I recall, when this case went to court, Judge Chutkan said that a defendant's work schedule is not taken into account for the court's schedule. She is being consistent in her outlook on this case, and any other.
