It says i got a new item called "Demon 21" in green text but when i go to aura tab it doesnt show an aura. it said the same for "Droid 21", why is this?

You have to get the rare saiyan tail drop from the great ape boss in desert wasteland then proceed to train with Vegeta, who is close to the boss, 30 times. After that you must upgrade the great ape form to tier 2. Thats when Ikari unlocks.

This means that if they updated it at #:30 or smth she will spawn at a multiple of an hour and 30 mins
