People purposely get negative upt, to get fired. And also burnout makes people resign. 1.) sometimes they give out vto so much, the few people left have to do extra work 2.) safety was strict as a pe teacher drill sergeant 3.) sometimes you work 12 hours everyday, it was endless boringness 4.) One by one, all the cool people you know disappear. You ask yourself, why am i still here? Everyone is gone, new random faces meh

Congrats on 2yrs at Amazon. I'm going through a horrible bout of depression too. It became worse when I lost my job at Amazon. My fur babies help me get out of bed in the morning. Lol ! These are hard times for everyone so don't feel alone. If I wasn't on antidepressants I probably would feel worse. Dealing with my mental illness makes life so much harder. Psychotherapy helps me a lot too. Your videos helped me learn a lot about working for Amazon. Thank you. I am on unemployment right now and so far can pay my bills with it. I have been looking for work too. A friend keeps telling me that I would be crazy to go back to Amazon (since I'm eligible for rehire) after what they put me through.( still don't understand why Amazon terminated me only to tell me I'm eligible for rehire in 30 to 90 days? ) I want to move also. Too expensive in the Northeast. Keep up the great work and do what you love.😊 Your so right about change and that there is no guarantees in Life or love. Everything in life is temporary too!!

Yes my dog and cat are a big reason of why I get up in the morning as well! Glad to have them and grateful they keep me going. I wish you the best financially and overall with your mental health, finding a job, and all of that. I'm quite optimistic that things will work itself out for the both of us!
I've done some research on the northeast as well and it definitely seems beyond expensive lol! Thank you for watching the content and for being a supporter and friend over the last few months. I'm sorry Amazon screwed you over, and I wouldn't blame you at all if you didn't return tbh. But just keep doing your best in life and let me know how things work out - if you need someone, I am here!

Get off the brain drugs, they're detrimental to your health. Instead use fish oil: Omega 3 and make sure it's organic. DHA Omega 3 makes up much of the brain but it cause inflammation so make sure it's a mix of EPA and DHA. It must be a 2 to 1 ratio of EPA to DHA. Good luck.

@@randymuro9486 Thank you. I was told to go on mood stabilizers for my bipolar2. I tried 4 different meds and they all made me really sick. I will try the omega 3 recipe you recommended. Do you think psilocybin works? Last year 60 Minutes had a program on psilocybin ( poison mushrooms). They Interviewed people who had anxiety, depression, PTSD, bipolar, Etc and said that psilocybin can work better than meds. Patients have to be monitored by a therapist because people might trip out on them.

@The Annorator Thank you for this info. How long did it take you to get your job back? ERC said 30 to 90 days. HR (after taking my badge) said 90 days. I have acquaintances that tell me I would be crazy to go back. Oh and your right . . .the online application doesn't tell you which position you would be applying for. Amazon may put us in a position we may hate. I need to pay my bills Etc or my cats and I will be on the street. I have no family to help me. I applied to Amazon yesterday. The application read "try back in 90 days". Amazon also stopped my unemployment benefits. I only received two weeks. I can't believe how nasty this company is. I am looking for work but the wages aren't the same as Amazon to sustain my finances. I will have to work two jobs. Do you think they will start rehiring around Thanksgiving for the Christmas rush?

So this is a way to at least try to better myself a little quickly before retirement lol! Thank you for the great content you share. If you do decide to move to Chicago, be safe out here. You have been through a LOT these past 2 years, indeed (I have seen some of your other vids re: your personal life). Try to go easy on yourself and give yourself some grace. You seem like a sweet person! I remember watching a video from "some bubbly guy" about Amazon about a year ago, and when I "found" you again, I subscribed, lol.
I am sorry for all the challenges you are going through! Sounds like you could be dealing with a bit of depression. Reach out to a mental health professional if you want to! Otherwise, try to engage in activities you find calming and soothing, and speak with a friend of family member you trust (or even folks online!) about your feelings so you don't self-isolate too much.
Also, please know that there is waaay more to life than Amazon, and you would be surprised at how many professional jobs and careers are out there for you! If you are ready for doing some career/job exploration, I recommend reading books and articles on various options. There are the kinds that focus on expanding your knowledge and sharing info about different fields, and then there are kinds that focus on self-discovery and self-interests so you can find a good professional match. You can also meet with a Career Counselor (universities definitely employ them, but they also have clients who are not currently students).
I went out-of-state to school for undergrad, and it changed my life. While I've been back in my home state/town for years now, I have no fears about leaving. Once you live on your own away from family/other direct support, it can really empower you in many many ways.
If you decide to move but are still feeling low, however, I would still highly recommend counseling, even if you just find an online support group/therapy group. I'd also recommend finding local MeetUp groups, social groups/common interest groups, book clubs, or volunteer somewhere to meet people to help you stay connected and not isolated.
I wish you nothing but the best, Nathan! You will find your way! Just give yourself space and time

Our constant innovation in paths and operations as a whole are one of the many characteristics that allows us to maintain the title of category king in our targeted areas of business. If you know your role and instil compassion into your approach at work you’ll do just fine. I’ll likely dedicate the next half decade , or even decade of my life to Amazon. I used to work for USAA, made decent money, and left to come work at Amazon due to a good friend showing me what he makes a week. Now I make what I used to make biweekly, in a week, and sometimes I do a lot more than that. I don’t mind hard work since I spent 16 years in the Army during the OIF and OEF campaigns, (anyone who served in the initial stages know what I mean) so just knowing my check is going to be 1,500 to sometimes 1,700 a week is more than enough for me to put up with the shit.

I do enjoy the co-workers and my mangers ! The only thing is some days I am just exhausted and working 10 plus hour days is tough. I work had and keep moving cause it makes the time go by! It takes forever to earn vacation time .

working at any warehouse is not a career. you will never move up at a higher positions with higher pay, this guy been there for 2 years. didn't go anywhere. those supervisor and Manager are in for them self. working with ups or fedex at least you have a fair chance moving up. i know people worked at ups and fedex warehouse and now they become driver.

Alaska is for hard working people . The fishing boats and cannery’s. Amazons a walk in the park compare to the fishing boats and cannery’s in Alaska. Where mandatory 16 to 18 hours a day in wet cold environment. Breaking 50 pound frozen blocks of fish. Having to wear a hockey mask incase the frozen fish knocks you out when your breaking with the other person. I seen ganstas from Chicago cry on the long lining boat in the middle of the Bering Sea. Because the waves and oceans scared them so much. I worked 40 days straight with at least 16 hours a day. One break only for lunch . 30 minutes only at 4 in the morning. Then offload on Dutch Harbor for 3 days straight. That’s 1 trip.

Your entering a new season in your life sometimes that causes sadness just because of uncertainty. And yes you need something new to happen to cause some excitement that’s all! I’m thinking about moving as well to Dallas actually (my relationship is holding me back as well) if you come to NY you’ll have a friend !!!
