@@wandaherring7526 we had a 9 year old in my town a few years ago that was to go on his court ordered visit with his dad. The poor boy told his mom if he had to go, his dad would kill him and he was terrified. His mom was told she'd be held in contempt if he didn't go. His father took him to his apartment in another city 2 hours away. And he slaughtered that poor child and cut him to pieces. They still haven't found his remains😭 DCS dropped the ball and so did the court.

They'll take kids away from loving parents in a heartbeat, but yet ignore calls and an actual child's testimony and keep them in an abusive home until they're beat or starved to death. This is absolutely insane.

Sadly our friends moved into a new house with their baby twins and 2 yr old daughter and our friend was holding his one baby twin daughter and walking down these twisted stairs and the baby stuck her leg out and it got caught in between the railing and was broken so they went to the ER and since babies can't talk the usually takes babies fast and the ER Called the cops saying they didn't believe them so they took both twins...yet left their other daughter it don't make sense.. but their God parents got custody and they have been fighting it for 2 years and did everything... classes and supervision... Trials and everything... They never had any priors or anything and yet over an accident they will never get their kids Back as the judge decided they will let the God parents adopt them. Doctors (including psychiatrists) are actually harming and killing many for many years with drugs, testing, and false diagnosis, etc.. leading to harmful treatments, prescriptions! They don’t make any money if you leave them healthy without any toxic substances! It is so obvious when you research yourself and compare to the health of the children and elderly that families are keeping safe from drugging and testing, etc… If a child isn’t dying and has no trauma needing stitches or surgery or cast, etc.. then stay away from medical facilities and drs (and never go to psychiatrists no matter how old or young or if ADD or depressive or dementia behaviors!! The meds (also OTC or supplements) cause these conditions and many more health problems and then kill people early)! And don’t let medical institutions know you or your loved ones are avoiding them and their sorcery drugs and fraudulent diagnosis or you will become a target! Beware if you are single or minority and especially if you are a women, and especially if you are elderly! There really is a huge genocide program going on to depopulate the planet while drs medical facilities, staff, governments, courts judges lawyers, police etc, profit off of our family’s demise🥺😢! If anyone is on any psychiatric prescription drugs (and probably any prescription or street drugs) then they should be tapered off extremely extremely slowly and safely! Like shaving a small portion of pill off each week or two over months or a year in order to avoid any adverse drug withdrawal symptoms! Don’t give up, do your research and beware of fraudulent info from pharmaceutical industry, and those that profit from them! Find knowledgeable loving support family and friends/church to help with tapering!! But beware of the many “professionals” who will pretend to help you taper, while actually sabotaging your efforts by purposefully tapering you too rapidly!

it's another reason i hate doctors as well. the hospital called cps on me because i didn't have any prenatal care in my pregnancy and just went to the hospital for the delivery. they were very visibly upset by this, kept telling me about how the only time they see this kind of thing is with mothers with something to hide and they drug tested me.... TWICE. (im assuming the first test didnt give them the results they were hoping for). any questions i made about vaccinations or testings were met with annoyance, one nurse even trying to bully me into getting my son circumcised. it was insanity. the cps worker even told me "im not really sure why they called me here, you haven't done anything illegal, you're not legally obligated to seek out prenatal care, i guess all i can do is make sure you know that you have resources for things like transportation if you need them to get to doctors appointments" and then i was discharged with the condition that if i don't attend my sons first checkup scheduled one week from that day that i would have a case worker coming to my home for an in home evaluation.
i finally just pulled the trigger and had a home birth last year... it was the most freeing experience i've had in motherhood. there is nothing more special than having your baby in the comfort of your own home, taking a shower in your own shower, and then climbing into bed with your little one.

As a mother who’s child broke his arm (not due to brittle bone disease) it is definitely a very hard thing to see your baby go through. After the cast came off he had physical therapy for a while and they asked him so many times to tell the story of how it happened that it started making me uncomfortable. I was waiting for them to go another direction, thank god they didn’t. It was traumatizing enough for everyone when we realized he didn’t just hit his funny bone and that it actually broken. His sister cried as she thought it was her fault. I cried just seeing his pain. He cried from pain and fear of going to the doctors. Can’t imagine adding false accusations to all that.

Me almost too (we were almost done for murder). The medical profession called the police on us believing our daughter had been abused due to a medical condition causing her to hemorrhage and stop breathing needing CPR as a 6 week old baby. We ironically were only cleared of child abuse when doctors ended up giving our daughter A WRONG DIAGNOSES of a case of near miss cot death ("near miss" cause we got her heart and breathing going again, they would not believe a sudden with no cause major hemorrhage from her nose had stopped her breathing, again due to my first aid resuscitation training), they would not even come down the hospital car park to look at how much blood was all over our car due to her when we were telling them that this was not cot death.
So then we lived in fear throughout her childhood that it would happen again as we knew they were wrong. We finally found out what almost killed her when 18 to 19 years later and then she was offered surgery/grafts to fix her problem so to stop having major bleeds (she had a birth defect of an exposed artery, no skin over it in a place within her body where the issue couldn't be seen as drs refuse to look up babies small nostrils saying "no baby can bleed from nose like you explained to us happened"). They never believed us and had just given her a wrong diagnoses and left her life in danger.

There are perks and payouts given to CPS Case Workers in The US, if they can "successfully" Adopt Out Stolen or Kidnapped American Babies, Children and Teens from their Parent(s), whom "the System" has been purposefully Designed to take a Child away and to make "the Process" for Parent(s) almost impossible to regain THEIR Children.
The Majority of these Children are told that their Parents do not love or want them and that they are bad. The Children believe that they are going to be Adopted into a kind, loving home, but once the "Adoption" goes through, they are immediately taken to an "underground" Auction House where they are put up For Sale to the highest bidder and into a highly organized International Child Sex Slave Ring and are trafficked from Country to Country, Continent to Continent.
The youngest do not survive 2 years. Many were taken across the Open Southern US-Mexico Border and then put into Brothels.
This occurs in All 50 US States, with the States having Quotas to meet and if they do not meet the Required Quotas, (say 100 Children are required and only 99 were successfully "Adopted" Out), that State, and/or Locality in that State, would not receive Federal Tax Dollar Funding for that quarter or year.
A CPS Case Worker would receive a $4,000 Bonus Payout for Each "Successful" Adoption.
The Culprits have Hospitals, Doctors, Nurses, Clergy, Police, Psychiatrists, Therapists, Lawyers, Judges and Politicians who receive the "Client's" or Slave Trade Business's Payouts in Every State and in Every Country that come from Every Race, Religion or Walk of Life from the lowest of the low to Kings or Queens Worldwide.
      This is beyond inhumane.

My daughter was born with a rare blood disorder. Unfortunately, it wasn’t diagnosed until she was 4 years old. After bruising and bloody noses, the family doctor sent her to a hematologist. I knew up til then, they suspected abuse. With wood flooring and an active toddler, I can see how they thought abuse. We were referred to Eli Lilly to run tests. She is now an RN in wound care for a VA Hospital and 46 years old. We are blessed to have her and not turned in.

This has happened to my cousin and her husband in the US. Her daughter was born with a genetic disorder. They took the baby away almost immediately and it took almost three years of court battles to get my niece back. They both had to do a year of classes about child abuse, and had only had visitation until my niece was three. At the end the argument was that the child was well-adjusted in the foster home. Even after they knew that it was a genetic disorder, they still wouldn’t give the child back for a very long time.

It’s terrifying how easily kids can be taken from their families. When I was pregnant with my first baby, my husband and I moved to Arkansas to be closer to his family. After I had her, we found out she had Down syndrome. It was a total shock. She wasn’t gaining weight and I was very concerned, so I took her to 3 different doctors. They each told me different things I needed to do, so I did all of those things. When we went to the 4th doctor, she asked if I was actually feeding her. I was confused and upset and told her I was definitely feeding her and I was WORRIED. I wouldn’t have gone to 4 different doctors if I was the one not feeding her enough. She was taken from me for 8 months. I missed the first year of her life, basically! I learned everything I could possibly find out about Down syndrome, since I didn’t know anything about it. I found out a week after she was born, so I didn’t have much time to learn more about it. I was finally I was able to prove, with the help of a doctor who specialized in Down syndrome and several other things, that my daughter had very low muscle tone… It’s so severe that she needed a feeding tube because she wasn’t able to suck on anything strong enough with her tongue. None of the doctors said ANYTHING about it, even though the 5th doctor said it’s one of the most common things someone with Down syndrome has. They put in a feeding tube while she was with CPS and she gained some weight. The judge felt so bad for my husband and I. She was the only one who apologized. The doctors were on the stand, because CPS still didn’t want me to have her, and they were just arrogant and annoyed. Everyone wanted me to sue, but I’m just happy I got my baby back. I couldn’t handle going through all of that again, so my husband did. They gave us some money, but nothing will give me back the time I missed with my baby girl. She is 5 years old now and she’s such a beautiful, happy, smart, fun, hilarious, talented, kind, amazing girl. Her and my other 2 babies are my WHOLE WORLD. I don’t know if I’ll ever really get over the trauma from my baby being taken from me.

I disagree. There’s no medical kidnapping. Yes I’ve heard several cases where CPS messes up. But people scream and yell at CPS when they let a parent keep a child and the parent is hurting the child, and people scream at CPS when they take an abuse child from an abusive parent. No system will ever be right. Obviously that has no comfort to the family, but as normal citizens we need to understand logic. No system is perfect.
Now what I do think is unacceptable is how they don’t give enough visitation to the family so the bond ends up being torn apart which can affect the relationship with a child for the rest of life. And the way CPS feels like whatever they believe is right and they don’t give their full support to a family to prove the family was innocent. But most families are not innocent. Most families together children taken away are abusing their children.

Heck i watch the Chris and Hollie Show here on YT and see 2 irresponsible parents forcing their 5 yr old to live in a tent with no running water or toilet and doesn't have him in any school. And so far cps hasn't done anything but an investigation or claim they are watching the videos.
Just recently he was running around without a shirt on in February!
His mother has a history of neglect of her 3 older children and they were removed from her care. I have seen the affidavits on the case against her with my own eyes.
They are also scammers using their channel and Go Fund Me to con thousands from people and using that child as a cash cow.
They e-beg for expensive stuff and recently got $2,000 from a lady for gravel even though someone they call Paper Lady got them 10 tons of gravel and they didn't return the $2,000 back to the other lady. They also tried to steal someone's house they said was abandoned when in fact was scheduled for demo because the land was purchased and set for business and housing construction.
But no cps would rather try and take our kids who have roofs over their heads, fresh water and toilets and fully stocked cabinets of groceries. While letting that 5yr suffer for the who world to see for likes and views. It's sick

It's even scarier how many abused children there are.
My older sister ran a foster home for these kids, and many had multiple traumas, IQ, unable to walk, palsy, sexually abused, anger issues, etc.
Charlotte once asked the social worker why they got such hard kids.
Social worker told her "Because you do such a great job with them."
She tried to retire in a different region, but within a week the local services were calling here to take in twin babies on "an emergency basis", and she agreed. Then more. The hospital called the police and accused them of medical neglect because they stopped for lunch instead of taking their baby directly to the children's hospital. Instead of building memories with their terminally ill daughter, they was fighting CPS to get their daughter back. Sadly, she succumbed to cancer shortly after returning to her parents. DCYF wouldn't admit to their obvious mistakes out of pride. It's too embarrassing to admit that they made such a horrible assumption so they'd rather keep the child away from their biological parents. I'm proud of her for standing up for what's right and fighting back. 👏🏼 These agencies need to STOP over reacting to stuff like that without doing a thorough investigation first. It's even more sad and disturbing when a child is REALLY being abused and they ignore it. That's much worse.

After I suffered to breastfeed her like a crazy person. They assumed I wasn’t feeding her properly or at all. Mind you this was my 5th kid oldest being 10 at the time and nothing like this have ever happened before. Turns out her bowels weren’t working properly(which I told them many times I was concerned about at all visits but as usual it’s in moms head, babies can go weeks without pooping they said, she is fine.) they watched me in that hospital wake up myself all sorts of hours, feeding my baby changing my baby and writing down everything(definitely not how an abuser or inexperienced mom would move) don’t listen to these doctors ALWAYS get second opinions. Had I not done that with my kids over all the years I’m not sure how many would still be here. Todays doctors suck, a lot of them only want money, the name or the benefits. Their is little passion for the work. I’m so glad she got her kids back but her fears now are so valid and it’s sad.

This is not just an issue with the doctor that labeled this child abuse despite a few findings and a family history that pointed away from CA. The much bigger issue here is that CPS lied about the baby being "fine and healthy" in foster care AFTER the baby was found to have suffered broken ribs in care. When those fractures were discovered the baby should've immediately been put through more testing for an ACCURATE diagnosis and returned to his mother. It's stories like this one that have half the people in this country saying CPS is a child kidnapping organization! It's REALLY sad that there are an endless amount of stories similar to this one and there are just as many stories of children being MURDERED by their parent during an active CPS investigation. I swear in my hometown, just reading stories that appear in the local paper it truly seems like the children from loving homes are removed while the children in obvious danger are left in place until something horrible happens including death. This system needs a complete overhaul in my opinion.
