Nice JB! Ever think about doing a video like they do called “every third Thursday”. They built a legit snowboard by doing 1 ply layers and wood glue in a make shift press. They also put like a grind base on the bottom. That would be sick to see a homemade board!

You can make the rocker built in by making the wake board out of two thinner pieces of ply wood with a thin layer of glue evenly spread all over between the two layers. When you park our car over it or set something heavy on it and bend it, the glue will dry and make it hold it’s shape. Then spray it with some sealer and it will be pretty legit

I have been wakeboarding for over 20 years BUT only get a couple of rides a year....so, I am the longest rider that is still a scrub! haha Love getting out on my Hyperlite but looking forward to that #JBCustom to come out. @Hyperlite where are we at on that new board? I am trying to hit my first front lip to 270 off an incline rail, ur once I get on the rail I feel like I am getting pulled around and can’t keep the front lip going, any tips?
JB ONeill I am sorry I see now how poorly worded that was. What I meant was that when I hop onto a rail to do a front board on it, because you are now travelling backwards it means you have to like wrap ur arm around yourself to hold the handle, so when I do this I struggle to get the full front board on the rail and instead get like 45 degrees on it. Also I love your vids and everything you do!
You should be able to go to Home Depot and get it and to bend it you can just heat it up I race cars and use lexan for my windows and you can add bend to it and it will hold
Try this again in the future but seal the wood first. Or go all out and stain it and everything!
