Just an fyi, kraken is o my good for hyper carry if you are against a fairly tanky team, shield bow is better cause the life steal works with your e and you still have good dmg but are much more survivable with the shield

I played Bel top, mid, support and ADC as soon as she dropped before trying her jungle and I must say, top and ADC with good support were the best lanes for her. Still prefer Aram's over any other gamemode Available right now.
Before I even finish watching this video I wanted to play this champion top purely to use hullbreaker with a focus on minion hard pushing with rift. I did it one game and before 15 minutes we had pushed I the entire top side in with only 1 nexus turret left. I almost don't wanna know how he climbed to the top with bel veth to give it a try myself and "invent" the lane. Currently I have been too busy with my Trapper Jhin mid build. The only thing holding me back is my mechanics and some macro choices. Just not high elo material possibly.

I also really recommend viego top, having played quite a bit of both, viego just feels like a better version of this, having a very good laning fase and even better teamfights. His level one is also surprisingly good, beating out most strong lvl 1 champs which can give you a free kill almost every game below diamond. Though, I recommend going ignite instead of barrier on both viego and belveth as often your enemies can get away if you are fighting on their side of the lane, ignite gives just that little bit of extra damage needed to finish them off.
Bel'veth is moderately common in top. They are not bad for team fight with a tank jungler. Tank Bel is even used in Worlds. The issue with Bel top is if ppl understand and respect Bel's trading pattern -- side-stepping W, getting out of E, etc -- it's easy to out-trade them. Bel loses the scaling in passive playing top as well
Except it's pretty hard to miss W when she's literally on top of you. She can easily jump in and out for quick trades all day. She can easily abuse melee champs and most just can't do any thing about her E. The first time I played Bel top I went against a Jayce and just made him and his jungler that kept ganking 24/7 useless.

Jayce is hard to use. So you probably didnt match against a proficient one. Bel shouldn't out damage Jayce at the beginning of the trade -- quite the contrary. Jayce needs to do dmg with melee form and run away -- staying close to his side the whole time. And that's the pattern of trading in general: melee champ can out damage Bel for the first ability rotation (although Bel can get out safely); range champ can poke Bel on their way out. There is no advantage. What remains is that Bel does lose on the atk spd scaling, which is huge.
I just wanna say I called this as soon as the champ came out. Maybe not these specific summoner spells but belveth top for sure. And this was before they let you stack off of cannons (I called that too)
I agree with the 6 warmogs, my first 30’or so games of league was Malphite top first item wriggles lantern, because it gave ad and lifesteal, then triforce. Why triforce you may ask? Because it’s the most expensive item in the game, therefore it must be good!
Finally a title that is not surprising whatsoever, you can literally say "HOW A 20 MIN AFK BEL'VETH SUPPORT REACHED MASTER" and it still wouldn't surprise me.
no cuz this might be better than jungle sometimes, just thinking about the benefits bc of Bel'Veth's getting her Void buffs w/o having to rely on her team. plus, the jungler can focus on other lanes while Bel'Veth can get through laning and splitpush
yeah no, belveh's passive is just too important and top lane isn't consistent enough with stacking it (you only get it from kills and objectives) whereas jungle will always get them from farming and possibly from ganks which is still fairly reliable

Like you get triple dash or something like that + the reset ? Because W resets both Qs on that direction so QQ+W+QQ was always a intended combo. Only if this "bug" allow something like QQ+W+Q(this is the extra double dash)+QQ(this 2 are from the reset from W on the same direction as the W)
It stores up 2 Q stacks in 1 direction. It should always end up being at 0 after q is used. It is not qwq like you say - it is WQQ which is not intended

Bel has great damage already and WILL win any 1v1 if she can extend it long enough thanks to lethal tempo. So barrier helps her extend the fight and also keeps her safe in the hard matchups which ignite wouldn't do
Back in season 3 warmogs stacked, it didnt have a unique passive. Its passive was that with kills and minions you stacked extra hp and you could have multiple. It also gave a flat health regen passive which wasnt unique. Multiple warmogs mundo was legit strategy. So his warmog stacking wasnt that troll, it wasnt good, just not completely troll
Fair enough that unique passives didn't exist, was just 1 reason why it is bad now. I should have said 'this was bad because stacking health is not effective compared to buying armor or magic resist'. Still quite a waste of gold for sure but not completely useless

One thing i always find hilarious about the mega op late game champs like Belveth or Kayle is that their level 1 is literally among the strongest in the game, just for them to fall into irrelevancy at lvl 2.
@@isaakward4393 Kayke actually has a great level one. Her e gives passive on hit damage as well as the active so if you fight her in melee range lvl 1 there are very few champions that beat her. Especially with PTA or LT.

The only ones i can imagine her losing to would be Darius thanks to his passive, Jax if he starts E, Olaf for obvious reasons (especially if he has W start) and Tryndamere, but that ones purely RNG based. If he crits u lose if he doesnt u win. Fiora would also be a 50/50 one if she hits her vitals, but ive seen lvl 1 Kayles win more against Fiora than lose so. Notice how most of those champs have requirements (eg starting certain abilities) to ensure they win against her, goes to show how strong she is at lvl 1.
as a bel'veth main this is very interesting, but krakenslayer my beloved being downgraded from mythic makes the item choice less clear now, all my old builds got thrown out... but i'm sure there's *something* i can find

bel veth have so much vulnerabilitys, your jg clear is a suffering, you will be with low hp and if you get invaded, you will die yes or yes, in top you have to match realy overloaded kits champs like Aatrox, thats why in hig elo people always dodge if your team dont have a Aatrox, i have to wait like 15 dodges per game.....

In practice it's like: passive - she gets permanent AS for killing jungle camps and get AS for using abilities, Q - can dash in different directions four times, W - stuns enemies in a line, E - Gains damage reduction and heals if it hits the enemy, R - if enemy or void monster dies she can collect their souls dealing damage and getting empowered which gives AS. I would say that's pretty simple for an overloaded champ.

The only ones i can imagine her losing to would be Darius thanks to his passive, Jax if he starts E, Olaf for obvious reasons (especially if he has W start) and Tryndamere, but that ones purely RNG based. If he crits u lose if he doesnt u win. Fiora would also be a 50/50 one if she hits her vitals, but ive seen lvl 1 Kayles win more against Fiora than lose so.
Notice how most of those champs have requirements (eg starting certain abilities) to ensure they win against her, goes to show how strong she is at lvl 1.

Bel'veth is not really overloaded. She is more of a stat-check. Saying bel'veth is overloaded is like saying that tryndamere or olaf are overloaded.
bel veth have so much vulnerabilitys, your jg clear is a suffering, you will be with low hp and if you get invaded, you will die yes or yes, in top you have to match realy overloaded kits champs like Aatrox, thats why in hig elo people always dodge if your team dont have a Aatrox, i have to wait like 15 dodges per game.....

passive - she gets permanent AS for killing jungle camps and get AS for using abilities,
Q - can dash in different directions four times,
W - stuns enemies in a line, E - Gains damage reduction and heals if it hits the enemy,
R - if enemy or void monster dies she can collect their souls dealing damage and getting empowered which gives AS.
I would say that's pretty simple for an overloaded champ.
