I Bought The WORST Bat on eBay. Can it still hit Homeruns?

I came across a $20 eBay bat with no logos or decals on the barrel and wanted to try it out to see if it was any good. The bat is very old, used and slightly broken but it still hits homeruns. I try to break my exit velo PRs.
Let me know what bat you think this is and if my guess is correct.

It’s happened to one of my bats before sunscreen exploded in my duffel bag and covered the bat next I know the paint was gone
