First of all, to prepare our sauce, we mix eggs, milk, yogurt, oil and salt in a large bowl. Then we place a phyllo dough on a greased tray by crumpling it. With the help of a spoon, we pour our sauce all over it. We mix our two kinds of cheese in a bowl and spread this mixture on the first floor. We divide the other yufka in the middle with our hands and dip it into the sauce. We place it on the tray and place all the phyllo in this way, one layer of cheese and one layer of phyllo, up to the top layer. We pour the remaining sauce with a spoon all over the tray and bake for 20-25 minutes in a preheated oven at 190 degrees. Enjoy your meal.
