1. I don't agree that 2nd scene is a breakup scene at all where he says I call u later & they get together in the next 5mins of that same episode. 2. 3rd Scene is also not a breakup scene but actual breakup scene comes later in that same episode 3x24 where they meet on the school stairs which is parallel to Pilot episode scene in the church stairs. 3. Also with 5th scene same reason as above which is not a breakup scene which leads to next scene in 5x22 where they officially breakup in Season 5
