We know Frank likes to drink too, but I don't think he is good with electronics. Another reason I think it will be Roxie is because we really don't much about her, and out of all the members on the team, she never had a major part in any of the cases. So I think she is going to be a major part this case, like being the KILLER!!!
I just hope that there will be another suspect that is not from our team(like Euginia)but if every suspect is from our team it has to be Frank...or Russel like you said Ace :(
