Wrong he was just sick had a sore throat. His voice is all raw talent Hes been singing for years on Dublin streets

His grasp is what makes him unique. He hits pitch with rasp. He strains, yes. But he's "on target"
Yeah, his voice blew out from singing with his throat; he’s learned to sing from his “belly” and has talked about it often in interviews
