It seems that government is deflationary. Communism was and is extremely deflationary. Even when comparing a more socialist Europe with America, it seems that more government is deflationary. It makes me wonder if all the QE will, in the long run, be deflationary.
@@cyberpunkalphamale You make a good point. I think it may be both. More government slows growth and increases debt, which is deflationary, but then monetizes that debt, which is inflationary.

It depends on the laws and policies. Government can push things in either direction.
